Objective: TO observe the expression of proteins FHIT and Bcl-2in gastric carcinomaand the correlation of each other. And to analyse the effect of FHIT and Bcl-2induced byH.pylor infection and the possible mechanism of in gastric carcinoma.Methods:The expression of FHIT and Bcl-2proteins were tested in70cases of gastriccancer group、30cases of adjacent junction group、30cases far cancer group by SPimmunohistochemical method; H.pylor infection was examed by using14C breath test、Toluidine blue staining.Result:(1)In70cases of gastric carcinoma,the positive expression rate of FHIT proteinwas44.3%,the positive expression of FHIT protein was lower than in30cases ofadjacent junction group66.7%'30cases far cancer group80.0%(P<0.05),The positiveexpression of FHIT protein was significantly correlated with the degree of tumordifferentiation,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,invasive depth in gastriccarcinoma(P<0.05),but not with age,sex,tumor size(P>0.05). High or in thedifferentiation rate of FHIT protein expression in gastric cancer was higher than in lowdifferentiation cancer of the stomach. With lymph node metastasis of stomach cancerFHIT protein expression rate is lower than without lymph node metastasis cancer of thestomach;with distant metastasis rate of FHIT protein expression in gastric cancer tissue islower than without metastasis of gastric cancer;the expression of FHIT protein in gastriccancer and serosal invasion rate lower than gastric cancer invaded the serosa..(2)70cases of gastric cancer tissue Bcl-2protein positive expression rate was64.3%,even more than30cases of adjacent junction group(26,7%),30cases far cancergroup(40.0%),between the two was significant difference(P<0.05); the Bcl-2proteinexpression level and gastric cancer patients age、gender、tumor size lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,there was no significant correlation(P>0.05);but with gastriccancer tissue differentiation, invasion degree.poorly differentiated stomach cancer grouphad a rather higher than high or in the differentiation tissue.abuse and serious group theBcl-2protein expression rate is higher than did not invade and serious group.(3)The positive expression rate of FHIT in HP(-)41cases gastric cancer tissue was53.7%(22/41), In HP(+)29cases gastric cancer tissue the positive expression rate ofFHIT was27.6%(8/29),the positive expression of FHIT in HP(+) gastric cancer tissuewas lower than HP(-) in gastric cancer tissue.41cases of HP(-) in gastric cancer tissueBcl-2positive expression rate of43.9%(18/41),29cases of HP(+) in gastric cancer tissueBcl-2positive expression rate of75.9%(22/29), the positive expression of Bcl-2in HP(+)gastric cancer tissue was higher than HP(-) in gastric cancer tissue.FHIT protein andBcl-2protein expression in gastric cancer was negative correlation (r=-0.356,P=0.002).Conclusion:1.The lower the degree of differentiation, the deeper the depth of invasion,with lymph node metastasis,have a distant metastasis are hinder to FHIT positiveexpression rate in gastric cancer.2.The lower the degree of differentiation, the deeper the depth of invasion are conduciveto Bcl-2positive expression rate in gastric cancer.3.HP infection can be lessened FHIT expression in gastric cancer tissue.HP infection canbe strengthened the Bcl-2expression in gastric cancer tissue FHIT protein expression andnegatively correlated with the Bcl-2protein expression.HP infection,FHIT,Bcl-2areconcerned in the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma.
