The method of combining literature research, field survey and bare slope engineering construction test were studied, with investigating of common plant which is Caragana, Chinese Tamarisk, Red Sand, Amorpha, Medlar, Caragana Roborovskyi, Sedges, Peganum Harmala, Achnatherum Splendens, Shortlobed Wormwood as the main planting vegetation. Physicochemical properties, vegetation planting test of different ratios of slope spray seeding matrix, as well as two different construction process which is ordinary spraying and soil spray sowing protection technology were researched. The following conclusions are obtained.(1) Common plant species is not very rich of bare slope in Lanzhou, and this experiment investigates100kinds of slope plants, belonging to26families and74genera in which Compositae, Leguminosae, Gramineae plants of the genus is most common and there were30,12,10plants of them. It can be seen that the dominant plant with resistance of drought, cold, salinity and barren soil, and fibrous root system developed and easy to grow should be selected. Spray sowing the combination of grass and shrub in the scientific and reasonable, in order to further improve the stability of slope, and increase species diversity.(2) Because of the lack of nutrients, the normal growth of plants exposed slopes cannot effectively guarantee. By adding the dosage of planting soil, peat soil, cattle manure, straw, water retaining agent was40%,25%,20%,13%and2%. The soil bulk density of original slope soil were reduced to0.37g·cm-3effectively, and also the soil water holding capacity were improved, the organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium content and pH value were increased to27.56mg·kg-1,45.65mg kg-1,30.27mg kg-1,215.06mg·kg-1and7.55. the seed germination rate and biomass were improved effectively, the mature time were decreased (P<0.05).(3) Soil spray sowing protection can create a good basis for ecological restoration compared with ordinary spray sowing technology of bare slope. Through the three-dimensional vegetation net technology, soil spray seeding to ensure the stability of spray seeding matrix protection technology, at the same time reduce soil erosion caused by irrigation, rainfall and other factors. With the addition of EM fertilizer in the protection of the external soil spray seeding spray seeding, to promote the benign development of rhizosphere soil micro environment actively and to form a symbiotic relationship between plant rhizosphere microorganisms and plants. This test increased the aboveground biomass, underground biomass, plant survival probability more effectively(P<0.05). Therefore soil spray sowing protection improvement of spray seeding matrix technology can create bare slope ecological restoration in good conditions, the rapid establishment of good vegetation, efficient reach bare slope ecological restoration purposes of mountain in yellow river in Lanzhou.
