In this paper, the accessions of E.fulvus collected in Yunnan and Guizhou, were selected forgenetic diversity research by using SSR marker, the result will provide informative knowledge forwild germplasm utilization.The result showed that E.fulvus from Yunnan and Guizhou provinces distributed mainly in theregions with altitude range from1201to3003m, east longitude from97°50′-106°24′and northlatitude from24°23′-28°16′in the north of Yunnan, middle of Yunnan and north east Yunnan. Theimportant germplasm were found in high altitude in the study.13pairs of SSR primers were used for the study and about310bands were obtained,176ofthem were polymorphic fragment,35belonged to specificity band. Each primer produced23.85bands on average,13.54represented polymorphic with an average of2.69specificity markers. Thepercentage of polymorphism for all primers were among31.58%to96.30%(55.70%mean value).The genetic similarity coefficients among54genotypes including44E.fulvus and8accessionas reference materials (2Erianthus arundinaceus,2Saccharum Spontaneum and2Erianthus rockii)are0.5032to0.9836and0.8147on average, this indicated high genetic similarity for theseaccessions; the two genotypes from Guizhou (Yunnan97-3and Yunnan97-4) are the most similar,however another two clones from Nujiang basin and Yuanjiang (Yunnan82-28and Yunnan84-249)exhibited more far distance.Based on UPGMA analysis,54genotypes were divided into3groups at0.6300similaritycoefficient,2genotypes of Erianthus arundinaceus were clused firstly in groupⅠ,then2genotypesof Saccharum Spontaneum in groupⅡ, and50E.fulvus. form group Ⅲ. The similarity coefficient at0.7500, group Ⅲ can be divided into two subgroups (Ⅲ1and Ⅲ2), subgroup Ⅲ1consisted of2Erianthus rockii and48remained constituted subgroup Ⅲ2. At0.8710, subgroup Ⅲ2can beseparated into6groups, Yunnan2009-51from Lijiang and Nanxie from Lincang formed two singlelittle groups alone, Yunnan2012-177and Yunnan2012-182from Guizhou Province were placed insame small group.
