Study On Water Resources Allocation Project Of "Water-saving Irrigation Projects" At Nenjiang County In Heilongjiang Province

The water resource allocation of NenJiang county is one of the most importantmission of water-saving irrigation projects in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoningprovinces and Inner Mongolia autonomous region.While studies on food security, water resources for food production security,efficient water-saving irrigation project and other aspects have been carried out indetail. To meet the needs of water resources, the national food security and thefarmer’s income, it is of great significance in this research according to the latestrequirements of the implementation scheme.This paper studied on the project to guarantee the water resource supply of NenJiangcounty.The study include the status and the utilization of water resource of NenJiangcounty, how much water was needed for irrigation according to the quota system, howmuch water can flow down according to the hydrological atlas analysis, how muchwater can the reservoirs supply according to the "Statistics", how much groundwatercan be used.Through calculation and analysis,we can reach the conclusion:the study area needtotal water37,916,000m3, the surface water supply20,424,000m3, which wassupplied from the local reservoir、pond or river; groundwater supply17,492,000m3, which was pumped from new built704motor pumped wells in Nenjiang countyand636motor pumped wells in Nine-Three management bureau. The surface-water&groundwater supply, can safeguard the Nenjiang county water-saving irrigationprojects demand for water resources.
