Research On The Fe、Cu、Zn、P Requirement Of Bluntnose Black Bream (Megalobrama Amblycephala)

In this paper, the average weight of50g bluntnose black bream as the researchobject with the Peru fish meal, casein as the protein source,using soybeanlecithin, soybean oil as the lipid source, are respectively arranged5gradient ofFe, Cu, Zn levels in feed; the average weight of35g bluntnose black bream as theresearch object, set6P feed gradient, aims to explore in the same formula system, therequirement of the bluntnose black bream suitable Fe, Cu, Zn, P.This paper set up a total of four research partsThe first part: test by adding FeSO4.H2O in the feed, the design of the Fe dosagewas0,120,240,360,480mg/kg five gradient feed, after43d outdoor pondaquaculture,the correlation analysis of growth rate, feed efficiency, shape index, bonegrowth index and four kinds of organs and tissues Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn content and Fecontent in the feed. The test results show that:(1) When the feed Fe supplement amount was124.55~130.18mg/kg, the feed Feactual content was493.26~497.76mg/kg, bluntnose black bream growth effect is thebest. In this experiment, bluntnose black bream daily feed intake was5.10g/100g bodyweight/d, so Fe content in the0.64~0.66mg/100g weight/d (Fe total content in the2.52~2.54mg/100g weight/d) bluntnose black bream can achieve the largest growth.(2) With the increase of Fe in feed,0mg/kg group of bluntnose black bream spinelength/body length ratio was significantly lower than the other four groups (P<0.05);the120mg/kg group spine length/body length ratio was significantly higher than theother four groups (P<0.05). Fish Viscera index showed a rising trend.(3) With the increase of Fe in feed, crude fat content of whole fish are significantlyaffected by the different Fe levels in feed (P<0.05),0mg/kg group of crude fat contentof fish was significantly lower than other four groups (P<0.05); the difference of crudefat content in muscle, hepatopancreas are not significant (P>0.05); the crude proteincontent of whole fish, muscle, hepatopancreas in the each group are not significant difference (P>0.05).(4) With the increase of Fe in feed, deposition of Fe contents got a increase in themuscle, spine, scale of the bluntnose black bream, the Fe deposition of whole fish isnot to be influenced by the Fe added amount, scales has the strongest correlation. TheCu deposition of bluntnose black bream in whole fish, muscle, bone, spine scales weredecreased in varying degrees, the vertebrae has the strongest correlation. There aredifferent degrees of decline in the Mn deposition of bluntnose black bream in whole fish,spine, the muscle, scales of bluntnose black bream have different degrees of increase.There are different degrees increase of the Zn deposition in the whole fish, spine, scaleof the bluntnose black bream, the decreased in the muscle.To sum up, the bluntnose black bream of50g with the average feeding amountwas5.10g/100g body weight/d, on the need to feed in Fe is124.55~130.18mg/kg asthe supplement, on the need to feed in Fe is493.26~497.76mg/kg as the total, theaverage daily demand for the added inorganic Fe is0.64~0.66mg/100g weight/d, totalFe feed is2.52~2.54mg/100g weight/d.The second part: test by adding CuSO4.5H2O in the feed, the design of the Cudosage was0,5,10,15,20mg/kg five gradient feed, after43d outdoor pondaquaculture, the correlation analysis of growth rate, feed efficiency, shape index, bonegrowth index and four kinds of organs and tissues Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn content and Cucontent in the feed. The test results show that:(1) When the feed Cu supplement amount was9.94~10.16mg/kg, the feed Cuactual content was25.45~25.65mg/kg, bluntnose black bream growth effect is the best.In this experiment, bluntnose black bream daily feed intake was5.09g/100g bodyweight/d, so Cu content in the0.051~0.052mg/100g weight/d (Cu total content in the0.130~0.131mg/100g weight/d) bluntnose black bream can achieve the largest growth.(2) With the increase of Cu in feed,0mg/kg group of bluntnose black bream spinelength/body length ratio was significantly lower than the other four groups (P<0.05),spine length/body length ratio increased significantly (P<0.05), visceral indexdecreased significantly and reaches the minimum at20mg/kg group (P<0.05). Spinebone weight/body weight ratio of the0mg/kg group bluntnose black bream wassignificantly lower than the other four groups (P<0.05).(3) With the increase of Cu in feed, crude protein content of whole fish aresignificantly affected by the different Cu levels in feed (P<0.05),20mg/kg group of crude protein content was significantly higher than other four groups (P<0.05), there isno significant differences between the5,10,15mg/kg groups (P>0.05), crude fatcontent of whole fish increased at first and then decreased later with the Cuconcentration in feed.(4) With the increase of Cu in feed, deposition of Cu contents got a increase in thewhole fish, muscle, spine, scale of the bluntnose black bream, the whole fish has thestrongest correlation. The Zn deposition of bluntnose black bream in muscle, spine weredecreased in varying degrees. There is a increase in the Mn deposition of bluntnoseblack bream in the muscle, There are different degrees of decline in the whole fish.There are different degrees of increase in the Fe deposition of bluntnose black bream inthe muscle, whole fish, spine and scale, the whole fish has the strongest correlation.To sum up, the bluntnose black bream of50g with the average feeding amount was5.09g/100g body weight/d, on the need to feed in Cu is9.94~10.16mg/kg as thesupplement, on the need to feed in Cu is25.45~25.65mg/kg as the total, the averagedaily demand for the added inorganic Cu is0.051~0.052mg/100g weight/d, total Cufeed is0.130~0.131mg/100g weight/d.The third part: test by adding ZnSO4.H2O in the feed, the design of the Zn dosagewas0,68,137,206,275mg/kg five gradient feed, after43d outdoor pond aquaculture,the correlation analysis of growth rate, feed efficiency, shape index, bone growth indexand four kinds of organs and tissues Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn content and Zn content in the feed.The test results show that:(1) When the feed Zn supplement amount was155.86~161.25mg/kg, the feed Znactual content was184.85~190.39mg/kg, bluntnose black bream growth effect is thebest. In this experiment, bluntnose black bream daily feed intake was5.12g/100g bodyweight/d, so Zn content in the0.798~0.825mg/100g weight/d (Zn total content in the0.946~0.974mg/100g weight/d) bluntnose black bream can achieve the largest growth.(2) With the increase of Zn in feed, fish body fatness, body weight/body lengthratio decreased at first and then increased, spine length/body length ratio, spine boneweight/body weight ratio increased first and then decreased and reached the maximumat137mg/kg group,0mg/kg group of bluntnose black bream spine length/body lengthratio was significantly lower than the other four groups (P<0.05); the137mg/kg groupspine length/body length ratio was significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05). (3) With the increase of Zn in feed,0mg/kg group of crude fat content of fish wassignificantly lower than other four groups (P<0.05);137mg/kg group of crude proteincontent of muscle was significantly higher than other four groups (P<0.05);0mg/kggroup of crude protein content of muscle was significantly lower than other four groups(P<0.05).(4) With the increase of Zn in feed, deposition of Zn contents got a decrease in thewhole fish, muscle, spine, scale of the bluntnose black bream, the whole fish has thestrongest correlation. The Cu deposition of bluntnose black bream in muscle, scaleswere decreased in varying degrees. There are different degrees of increase in the Mndeposition of bluntnose black bream in whole fish and muscle. There are differentdegrees increase of the Fe deposition in the whole fish, muscle, spine, scale of thebluntnose black bream.To sum up, the bluntnose black bream of50g with the average feeding amount was5.12g/100g body weight/d, on the need to feed in Zn is55.86~161.25mg/kg as thesupplement, on the need to feed in Zn is184.85~190.39mg/kg as the total, the averagedaily demand for the added inorganic Zn is0.798~0.825mg/100g weight/d, total Znfeed is0.946~0.974mg/100g weight/d.The fourth part: test by adding Ca(H2PO4)2in the feed, the design of the P dosagewas3.8,6.9,10.1,13.2,16.4,19.5g/kg six gradient feed, after85d outdoor pondaquaculture, the correlation analysis of growth rate, feed efficiency, shape index, bonegrowth index and five kinds of organs and tissues P content and P content in the feed.The test results show that:(1) When the feed P supplement amount was12.98~13.18g/kg, the feed P actualcontent was16.48~16.74g/kg, bluntnose black bream growth effect is the best. In thisexperiment, bluntnose black bream daily feed intake was5.06g/100g body weight/d,so P content in the0.066~0.067g/100g weight/d (P total content in the0.083~0.085g/100g weight/d) bluntnose black bream can achieve the largest growth.(2) With the increase of P in feed, the deposition rate of P showed a decreasingtrend, there is a significant difference between3.8,6.9,10.1,13.2g/kg groups (P<0.05),there is no longer significant decrease between the13.2,16.4,19.5g/kg groups ofbluntnose black bream(P>0.05), that shows that protein deposition rate got a increasefirst and then decrease with the increasing P content in the feed, the protein depositionrate of13.2g/kg group was significantly higher than the other five groups (P<0.05), that shows the growth of bluntnose black bream is best in the13.2g/kg group.(3) With the increase of P in feed,3.8g/kg group of crude ash content ofbluntnose black bream was significantly lower than other groups (P<0.05), there is nosignificant difference between the other groups (P>0.05), that shows that the6.9g/kggroup and above groups does not affect the crude ash content of the fish body. Thecrude protein content of bluntnose black bream was first increased and then decreased,the content of crude fat in the fish decreased gradually, but the content of crude fat,crude protein in each group showed no significant difference (P>0.05).(4) With the increase of P in feed, deposition of P contents got a increase in thewhole fish, muscle, vertebra, scale, opercular spine of the bluntnose black bream, whenthe P content in the feed reached6.9g/kg, the P content in the opercular and scales areno longer significantly increased (P>0.05), when the P content in the feed reached13.2g/kg, the P content in the vertebra and whole fish are no longer increased significantly(P>0.05), shows that when the P content in the feed reached13.2g/kg the Paccumulation in the fish got the basic saturation.To sum up, the bluntnose black bream of35g with the average feeding amount was5.06g/100g body weight/d, on the need to feed in P is12.98~13.18g/kg as thesupplement, on the need to feed in P is16.48~16.74g/kg as the total, the average dailydemand for the added inorganic P is0.066~0.067g/100g weight/d, total P feed is0.083~0.085g/100g weight/d.
