The development of mechanization of rice production has very important significanceof enhancing China’s comprehensive agricultural productivity, ensuring food security,increasing farmers’ income and promoting agricultural modernization. Mechanization of ricecultivation can be divided into seeded rice, blanket-like planting and pot seedling transplanting.After years of experimental research, yield level was significantly higher than other cultivationmethods. Therefore, the development of rice transplanting technology, which is of strategicsignificance to the development of transplanting mechanism has the advantages of simplestructure, high efficiency.Studying the working principle and structure characteristics of transplanting mechanism athome and abroad, and finding its structure design complexity, operating characteristics weredisjointed to agronomic of Rice planting, so can’t get rice farmers recognized, failed to get awide range of promotion. In rice cultivation machinery research platform built on the basis ofthe research group, transplanting Mechanism of Rice Pot Seeding with Fourier Planetary GearTrain design can be a good solution to the above problem. The use of a mechanismsimultaneously picking-up, transporting and planting three actions, and smooth gear drive,reliable and can effectively reduce vibration and improve comfort during operation, improvework efficiency.This paper was put forward under the background of "the national rice productionmechanization target the Twelfth Five Year Plan" period by the department of agriculture,solving the Status that there is no suitable full automatic rice seedling transplantedfor planting in our country. According to theworking characteristics of transplanting mechanism, reference transplanting agronomicrequirements and practical experience, determine the optimal target of seeding transplantingmechanism. Using computer program, getting the rational, reasonable and reliable parametersof seeding transplanting mechanism for the reasonable trajectory.3)Based on the analysis of the non-circular gear rotary motion, straight gear shaper cutterrotary motion, and the change of the distance of the center shaper cutter and work piece center,to build the kinematics mathematical model of gear cutter engagement with non circulargear blank and develope outside the non-circular gear tooth profile generation software. Usingthe computing functions of Visual Basic6.0, solved the non-circular gear contour points.4) Using The computer aided design software UG7.0to establish three-dimensional solidand virtual assembly of transplanting mechanism, do its the virtual prototype simulationthrough the Parasolid file to connected the dynamics simulation software ADAMS, completedvirtual prototype simulation, then validate the correctness of the transplanting mechanism. Inthe ADAMS environment analysis the transplanting mechanism bearing vibrationdisplacement, find the just right position to add the counter weighted the gear boxwith the automatic optimization function, and reduce the vibration problem in work process.6)According to the special characteristics of transplanting mechanism, puts forwardsome problems needing attention in structural design and installation process, then intheAutoCAD2008completed the transplanting mechanism part drawings and assemblydrawings. |
