Paddy fields tillage soil preparation is the initial link of rice production, which is a key link inthe process of fully mechanized rice production. The quality of paddy fields tillage soilpreparation directly affect the seedling quality and other subsequent link of rice production,especially for mechanical transplanting influence is bigger, so paddy soil preparation must bestrictly according to the agronomic requirements. Along with the increase in the dry field changepaddy field in north China area and land increase, paddy field flatting machine is pressing forrealizing mechanization, efficient. At present our country has not specialized for paddy fieldflatting machine, paddy field flatting technology is not yet mature and paddy field flattingapplication has not been a wide range of promotion. Therefore, further study of paddy fieldflatting technique and design relevant machine has important practical significance and is ofgreat importance to improve the mechanization of rice production in China.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature, this article in view of thestructure of different types of flatting machine at home and abroad and its development presentsituation carried on the related research. A lot of research was carried in the paddy field andpaddy soil conditions in Heilongjiang province. And the structure parameter and the performanceparameter validation were analyzed on the basis of through the method of combining theoreticalanalysis and test on paddy field flatting machine which can adapt to condition of paddy fieldoperations. This article main research content is as follows:(1) the working principle and characteristics of domestic and foreign research of paddy slurrystirring machine leveling device, according to the requirement of our province and agronomiccharacteristics of paddy field tillage, designed a kind of paddy slurry stirring machine levelingdevice. The device and paddy. Supporting the use of pulp machine, its function is:1) making awide flat on the slurry after the paddy field;2) left cover the tractor when the wheel rut, greatlyimprove the quality of transplanting the region;3) effective flat form reciprocating machineoperation. And the frame was analyzed by finite element analysis, provingthe stress and deformation state in working process.(3) Field study was carried for wide folding paddy field flatting machine with workingvelocity, puddling depth and angle of flatting spade as influence factors and flatness value andmud value as response indexes using Design-Expert6.0.1software. Regression equations andresponse surfaces of factors and response indicators were built, obtaining the significances whichthe factors is to flatness value and mud value are successively working velocity, angle of flattingspade and puddling depth. Then, the best combination of all factors was obtained by usingmethod of multi-objective optimization.(4) The field test results showed that when the working velocity was1.05km/h,puddling depthwas16cm, angle of flatting spade was31.30°, the optimal working parameters was the fieldsurface flatness value was3.7cm,mud value was1.06g/cm3can all meet the needs of themechanical planting and flatting accuracy agricultural demands.
