Lilium orential ’Siberia’ was used in this research.To aimed at the relationship between phytohormone and cleared the main factors of senescence in this experimen, the role of auxin, cytokinin, gibberellin and abscisic acid played in the preservation of blossoming and senescence in cut lily,which affects physiological property and content of phytohormone in blossoming and senescence. We deeply investigated IBA affects sucrose metabolism and reactive oxygen metabolism in cut lily. The results are as follows:1. The results showed that IBA can be quick nonpolar transport in the phloem of mature. The addition of low concentration IBA (10、20mg?L-1) extended vase life. IBA is no significant effect of endogenous IAA content in the blossoming. Glucose, fructose, soluble sugar content are declining and sucrose content, ability to produce?OH are rising trend in the petals of cut lily in senescence.2. The results showed that the addition of different concentrations of6-BA shortened vase life. The addition of high concentration treatment is to be maximum weight and water deficit of lily cut flowers ahead of time, and low concentration treatment delays the largest diameter of flower. During the vase40mg?L-16-BA increased ABA content in petals of lily cut flowers.160mg?L-16-BA strengthened JA content variation trend,so appropriate concentration of6-BA and JA for synergistic effect.3. The results showed that the addition of GA3extended vase life, but did not significantly effect of the water balance in cut lily. GA3slowed weight of lily cut flowers decline in senescence. Exogenous GA3affected endogenous GA3content significantly.GA3slowed down the change range of ABA content of the petals in blossoming period,so GA3and ABA are antagonism effect.4. The results showed that ABA treatment groups shortened vase life. The addition of low concentration ABA is to be the water balance value of the peak time and the water balance of the peak value ahead of time, and high concentration ABA delayed the biggest flower diameter, accelerate the senescence of cut lily, and an accelerating rate than that of low concentration process. Exogenous ABA affected endogenous ABA content significantly. JA and ABA content variation have overall trend of figure in the petals of lily cut flower. in stress resistance JA and ABA has similar function.5. For the senescence of cut lily, plant growth regulator effects were remarkable. IAA content of petals and senescence speed are positively correlated. During senescence, only IAA content of the petals in endogenous hormones are a rising trend, to infer that endogenous IAA is one of the failure factor of senescence in cut lily.
