In recent years, the dangers of food waste and resource duality have been paid attention at home and abroad. How to use food waste to produce high-quality bioactive protein feed in the background of protein feed scarcity, and also address its potential environmental problems seems imperative. In this study, electing three strains of bacteria from the laboratory preserved to do the single fermentation experiment, the combination of bacteria fermentation tests and the proportion of bacteria fermentation test compound. Optimizing its growth conditions to ensure the production of viable seed solution reached109cfu/mL more. Exploring the use of food waste to produce bio-active protein feed fermentation conditions. Based on a single factor, the impact of nitrogen, inoculation fermentation time, fermentation temperature, moisture content and initial pH of the fermentation on the product of true protein content of the test has been studied. Using response surface method to optimize fermentation conditions, and expanding the test to verify results. The experimental results show that true protein content reached22.92%and true protein increase rate reached59.5%with fermentation temperature was30degrees Celsius, fermentation time was52hours, starter was1.5%, urea content was1.5%, initial pH was5.5, moisture content was54%, the proportion of utilis yeast, lactococcus lactis, bacillussubtilis was3:1:2. Using food waste biologically active protein obtained by fermentation to feed chicken for experiment in zaozhuang of shandong Province beneficial source of broiler chicken farm. Investigating ingestion, mortality of broiler chicken, production performance, carcass performance, immune organ index and succulent indicators, the results showed that the feed conversion was lowest in broilers and the average daily weight gain was highest, when the added amount was20%, while other indicators show a good trend and good economic returns achieving the desired effect.
