The purpose of this paper is to study the rate of digestion and metabolism of goat and the growth situation by using Soybean skin and inegar-waste, at the same time, ryegrass field experiments were designed by using goat manure as base fertilizer. The results of digestion and metabolism experiments and growth test made us know the feed combined effect of the different offal diets. As a result, a theoretical basis was provided for sheep production. This thesis was consisted of three parts:Experiment1:This research was conducted to study the effect of soybean skin and inegar-waste on the rate of digestion and metabolism of goat. For this purpose, manure was all collected to test metabolic rate of conventional nutrient.4healthy male goats (Boer goatsxXuhuai goats)were used in a4×4Latin square design at four treatments with group control1,11,111and Silage diets (Bohr goat xXuhuai goat). All kinds of diet compositions as follow:I:maize straw silage94%, concentrated forage6%; II:soybean skin37%, inegar-waste56%, concentrated forage7%; Ⅲ:maize straw silage73%, soybean skin13%, inegar-waste8%, concentrated forage6%; Control group:maize straw silage70%, concentrated feed30%.The experiment might be disassembled into four stages. There were10days in preliminary trial and5days in formal period respectively on each stage. The result of the experiment:When feeding the diet of group Ⅱ, the nutrient utilization effect of goats was remarkable to get the level of feeding group control. Group Ⅰ and Ⅲ were relatively worse., They were lower than the nutrient utilization value of group control.Experiment2The purpose of the experiment was to discuss the effect on goat productivity of soybean skin and inegar-waste. With the random group pinion method, the test was designed as follow. At first, we chosen24goats stopping weaning for120ds with the same variety, the same weight (Bohr goat xXuhuai goat), For this purpose,6male goats were used in a4×6Random Matrix design at four treatments with group control、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ Silage diets:I The maize straw silage were eaten in freedom, concentrated forage80g;Ⅱ inegar-waste and soybean skin were added with percentage of6:4, and concentrated forage80g,feeding freedom;Ⅲ inegar-waste and soybean skin with percentage of6:4were fed300g, concentrated forage80g, at the same time, they could intake the maize straw silage with freedom. The maize straw silage was adopted as control group, concentrated feed400g. The health status andrumination status of goats was observed every day, and the weight gain and conversion efficacy of forage were recorded before morning feeding on15d,30d and45d respectively. The results of the experiment:goats with inegar-waste and soybean skin could intake normally and the appetite of goats was better remarkably than group control (P<0.05) when adding only inegar-waste and soybean skin. The daily weight gain of various treatment groups were more than30g compared to the group control after feeding45d (P<0.05)。It was the most economical way using waste diet compared to the group control, and daily weight gain of goats would be100g.Experiment3The purpose of the experiment was to discuss the influence of planting ryegrass with different dose of goat manure. Ryegrass in experiment was tetraploidtherophyte and Tetragold. Fermented goat manure was from animal base of operations in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Three experimental groups with different nitrogen level and one control group with inorganic chemical fertilizer were designed. Nitrogen level of3groups:1:120kgN/hm2、Ⅱ:240kgN/hm2.111:360kgN/hm2。Control group:base fertilizer contained45%combination fertilizer (15:15:15)750kg/hm2.Field was cut to12experimental plots with9m2randomly. Three same experimental plots were in one group. Distance between rows was40cm. Then the height of strain、tillow、production determination were measured and ryegrass nutritional value was evaluated. The results showed that the group Ⅲ in plant height, tiller number had no significant difference compared with control group (P>0.05). Grass output in the control group was significantly higher than that in the group Ⅲ(P<0.05), but each harvest of grass compared to control group was no significant difference (P>0.05).Drying rate, crude protein, crude fiber of Perennial ryegrass in group Ⅲ compared to the control group was no significant difference (P>0.05).The group with sheep manure could replace the group with inorganic fertilizer to produce the ryegrass.Above all, we draw the conclusion by all of tests as above that:When feeding goats with inegar-waste and soybean skin, not only nutrient utilization rate were similar, but also the production performance would be able to reach ideal level. In perennial ryegrass, for instance, it was studied that planting effect of perennial ryegrass by using sheep dung as base fertilizer was ideal. Although production in the group adding sheep manure as base fertilizer compared to inorganic fertilizer group was lower, other indicators could reach the same level. By the combination of agriculture and animal industries, nutrient recycling was realized.
