TMV (Tobacco mosaic virus, TMV) is a viral disease of tobacco which is very common disease, it severely restricts the development of Tobacco quality and yield, is one of the major problems to be solved in China’s Tobacco industry. So far, the main method of prevention and treatment of tobacco Mosaic virus is the use of chemical pesticides, but soon people found that the use of chemical pesticides not only failed to receive the desired results, but also caused the certain harm to the environment. So, to research an effect biological pesticide in prevention and treatment for Tobacco mosaic virus and at the same time keeping environmental security become the trend. In the research of this thesis, the sample of TMV infection in severe smoke zone is from K326of tobacco plant rhizosphere soil of the disease in the screening of TMV highly antagonist activity strain of ZP3, then based on the morphological characteristics and physiological and biochemical characteristics of the results of the determination and the analysis of the16s rDNA sequence identification, to determine the strain ZP3for Pseudomonas (Pseudomonas fluorescens). Through the experimental study, ZP3strains optimum fermentation culture conditions as follows:the optimum medium for NB culture medium, the optimum pH value of7.0, the cultivation of the most suitable temperature28℃, the suitable ventilation to60mL/100mL, appropriate fermentation time of64h.
