This study focused attention on effect of dietary of mold-contaminated feed and deoxynivanol(DON) feed on production performance and blood biochemical indicators of finishing pigs,and specially, the role of glutamate,aspartate,arginine and lysine on intervening negative effects of mold-contaminated or DON feed. The results suggested that dietary of mold-contaminated feed and deoxynivanol(DON) exhibited impairment of growth performance, organism index, blood biochemical index and meat quality to some degree,however, supplemented with glutamate, aspartate, arginine and lysine could mitigate pathological changes of organs, elevate growth performance, improve blood biochemical index and meat quality.Experiment1:Dmage of dietary of mold-contaminated and DON feed in finishing pigs1) Feeding mold-contaminated and DON feed decreased body weight, seriously changed liver, jejunum and ileum morphology, and atrophic jejunal andr ileal villus, crypt hyperplasia, intumescent of part of the organs and abnormal muscle tenderness were abnormal in that situation.2) Compared with control group, feeding mold-contaminated and DON feed decreased serum ALT levels significantly;DON increased the level of serum MPV significantly and the level of serum SOD and T-AOC were decreased in mold-contaminated group during the first30days; DON diets increased serum level of GLU and MDA, and decreased the level of MPV significantly during the second30days, the two diets caused blood amino acid metabolic disordered.Experiment2:Effect of acid-amino acids and base-amino acids on growth performance and blood biochemical indicators in finishing pigs feeded DON feed..1) Supplemented DON diet with glutamate,aspartate,arginine and lysine can alleviate the damage of intestine,liver tissue,released atrophic villus and crypt hyperplasia, but had no effects on organ index. Muscle pH24in Arg group and water holding capacity in glu group were improved significantly.2) Compared with DON group, Lys significantly decreased serum ALT levels and increased serum T-AOC levels.Glu decreased MPV significantly during the first30days; In addition, glu decreased serum ALB concentration and increased MPV and GSH-Px activity; Arg decreased TP; Asp increased T-AOC activity; Glu and Lys improved MDA scavenging significantly during the second30days.Experiment3:Effect of arginine and glutamate on production performance and blood biochemical in finishing pigs challenged by mold-contaminated feed1) Glu increased ADFI significantly, glutamate and arginine could alleviate liver injury, atrophic intestinal villus,crypt hyperplasia and arg increased muscle tenderness significantly.2) Arg significantly decreased the concentration of serum ALT. Glu improved UN and arg increased WBC, GR and MO; Glu improved PCT; Arg increased GSH-Px and Glu increased SOD activity significantly during the first30days;Arg improved UN, GLU, MCV, MPV, T-AOC and MDA;Glu increased UN, WBC significantly during the second30days.
