The Epidemic Survey Of Local Fowl Tuberculosis In The X County Of Chongqing

Fowl tuberculosis(FT) is composed of chicken type of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mycobacterium) and Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mycobacterium tuberculosis)caused a zoonotic infectious disease chronic consumption. On the one hand, FT hascaused enormous economic loss to our country fowl industry, sick chicken graduallyangular, shortened life expectancy, egg production significantly reduced; on the otherhand, the breeder tuberculosis can come from one generation to the next and otherchicken can through vertical and horizontal propagation, and the relationship betweenchicken and human (egg, egg products, meat) than other animal more closely, it hascontinued to rise leading by the occurrence of human tuberculosis in recent years due tothe world development including China, therefore, investigation of the epidemiology oftuberculosis in various parts of the chicken will help to fully master the epidemic, andcontrol of human tuberculosis also has the potential to guide significance.According to GB\/T18645-2002method, we conducted a survey on tuberculosisELISA in Chongqing city in three kinds of farms, the results show the survey chickenswere300, the positive rate was16.33%. The test results provide basic data for theprevention and control of the county TB and implementation, provide a realistic basisfor the implementation of tuberculosis control strategy of chicken.
