Marine polysaccharides attract more and more attention because they can regulate humanphysiology function and enhance immunity. The environment where marine bacteria live in ishigh salt, high pressure, low temperature and oligotrophic, which is different from theterrestrial environment, and makes the marine bacteria have particular biochemical structureand survival mechanism. Marine bacteria are important resources for developing novelimmunomodulator. In this paper, the growth characteristic and nutrition component of marinebacteria were investigated, and the characteristics of the extracted marine polysaccharide werestudied. The optimal medium for By04culture was determined by orthogonal test and the resultswere as follows: saccharose60g/L, yeast extract5g/L, steepwater10g/L, seawater0.8L,The optimal growth conditions: NaCl30g/L, pH of medium was8.0, temperature28℃.Under this condition, the polysaccharide product could reach4.812g/L and the yield was38%.The concentration was linear correlation with reduced viscosity, and the intrinsic viscositywas0.028L/g. The viscosity presents pH stability, thermostability, and was also stable inNa+ã€Ca2+ã€K+electrolyte. The viscosity was affected markedly by Mg2+electrolyte. |
