This study assessed the nutritional value of the pig feed ingredients of Shandongprovince. Collected the pig feed raw materials in different parts of Shandong province,determined the content of nutrients in feed ingredients and compared with the data in database,used the in vitro digestion method to draw the digestible energy of feed ingredients, then wecan establish regression model with different materials conventional component content anddigestible energy. The main achievements are listed as follows:Experiment I: Collected120samples including18feed ingredients in pig farms and feedmills in different area of Shandong province. Analyzed the conventional ingredients, aminoacids and mineral elements content of feed ingredients, compared with the data in chinesedatabase of feed, determined nutritional value of the feed ingredients. The result shows:variety growing area and processing techniques had great effect on the feed ingredients.Through comparison, there was difference between the actual measure value of pig feedstuffsin common use and the content of routine constituents in database. The change extents ofamino acid contents was smaller and the trace element was bigger.Experimentâ…¡: Choiced and measured64samples including6feed ingredients that themost commoly used in the pig production process. By means of pepsin-pancreatic enzymes-carbohydrase three-step enzymolysis to determine the DDM, DOM, DCP, DGE, DE, analyzethe regression relationship between DE and components in the feed ingredients, compare thecombination of their various chemical compositions, evaluate the advantages anddisadvantages the effect of DE of feed, then explore the best factor to determine DE.Synthesized test data, used the external digestion energy as dependent variable andconventional components of feed ingredients as independent variable, and through screeningthe best estimated facters.
