Solar greenhouse facilities regulation system development has started late in China. Thescientific research behind the production has obvious contradiction.There is a big gap with thedevelopment of modern horticulture industry among the standardization of the structure,effective regulatory capacity of the environment,mechanization and automation managementlevel.The project designs the solar greenhouse facilities regulation system of high degree ofautomation, including intelligent rolling machines, precision fertilizer-water irrigation systemand ventilation system, which can be freed from the harsh production environments and heavymanual labor to accelerate the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,the early realization of the size of the agricultural mechanization and automation.In order to solve the greenhouse volume single curtain machine control,, it designs anintelligent rolling machine with manual, short range and SMS control modes. Short-rangeremote control allows the user task in the operation of a solar greenhouse position to completethe shutter and closed the curtain. Position detection means can be real-time detection of theheight of the roller shutter shaft, and it can be derived drainboard open by the equation, theuser can be real-time remote monitoring the drainboard open greenhouse via SMS. Theshutter controller sounds the alarm signal through the buzzer to prevent the occurrence of thephenomenon of volume and wounding. In the the shutter limit switch and time can beachieved double safety limit.In order to solve the greenhouse water and fertilizer precise water and fertilizermanagement performance requirements, it designs a microcontroller for the control platformprecision fertilizer-water irrigation system with drip irrigation piping system, the amount offertilizer detection subsystem, fertigation subsystem, soil moisture detection subsystem andthe host subsystem. The drip irrigation piping system can control the different fertigationamount of multi-plots with multiple plots sharing a liquid flow meter and a plurality ofelectromagnetic threshold. The fertilizer detection subsystem is composed of themicrocontroller and flowmeter, mainly to complete the the fertilizer flow detection.The fertigation subsystem is composed of the pumps, solenoid threshold, single-chip, pipes andkits. According to user-defined amount of fertilizer and fed back to the amount of fertilizer,the microcontroller can control water pump and the brightest electromagnetic threshold andfinally complete the irrigation and fertilization on the various plots.In order to resolve greenhouse ventilation lowering temperature and reducing humidity,itdesigns a single-chip control platform for smart greenhouse ventilation system. It can start thefilm feeding motor by the temperature, open the vents, and humidity control the size of thevents, to achieve rapid ventilation and cooling and the purpose of lower humidity.Successful realization of commissioning and operation on the greenhouse, in thegreenhouse in the range of60m, remote instruction efficiency of smart shutter machineremote control is above90%, with increasing distance far, the number of remote commandsdecreases, SMS control command data correct command transmission rate of100%. Themaximum error of precision irrigation system flow is1.2%and the average error is0.694%.Intelligent greenhouse ventilation system can basically meet the demand of the greenhousecooling lower humidity.
