For a long time,entomogenous fungi highlights the important position in thebiological control of agricultural pests. Metarhizium anisopliae and Beauveria bassiana astwo important types of entomogenous fungi, Its host is widely,which played a huge rolein the biological control of pests. Bassiana and Metarhizium are the main object of thisstudy, preliminary inquiry fungal species on common pathogenic fungi of antagonism, aswell as by the physical and chemical properties analysis of its antimicrobial substances inthe fermentation broth for future microbial fungicide formulations development provides atheoretical basis. The main results are as follows:1The tablet confronts with the Entomogenous fungi and the pathogenic fungusThrough the plate confrontation experiment, Selected two kind of importantpathogenic fungi with antagonism effect of fungus, Which the Bb1Beauveria bassiana onthe high inhibitory effect of the three pathogens, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum mycelium, whichnumbered WW1, NGA4, TC-7, WTB-1,its inhibition rate of more than45%after3days,The inhibition rate of Fusarium oxysporum mycelium was34.14%, the Fusariumgraminearum inhibition rate was31.15%. After5days,Ma09, Ma22, Ma32Metarhizium,The mycelial inhibition rate of Curvularia lunata respectively were42.67%,41.13%,45.64%.2The antagonism between B.Bassiana and several important pathogenic fungiIn this paper, Through the determination of the inhibitory effect between differentconcentrations of B. bassiana spore suspension and the three kinds of pathogenic fungi,The result when the conidia concentration of Bb1B. bassiana is4.65×106cfu mL-1,which the best inhibitory effect of the three pathogenic fungi. After3days cultured, Theinhibition rate on the4strains of the Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were both more than50%,The mycelium growth inhibition rate of the Fusarium oxysporum was53.38%,Theinhibition of mycelial growth of the Fusarium graminearumrate Schew was51.08%.Cultured14days on the bassiana Bb1fermentation solution, which mixed with PDAmedium were inoculated three pathogenic fungi, show that the B.bassiana metabolismliquid sclerotia on rapehyphae (WW1) growth inhibition rate reached49.17%, the mycelialgrowth inhibition rate of Fusarium oxysporum was55.48%cotton wilt, Mycelial inhibitionrate on the Fusarium graminearum was48.31%.3The antagonism between Metarhizium and the Curvularia lunataBy determination of the inhibitory effect of Ma09, Ma22,Ma32three kinds of Metarhizium anisopliae on the Curvularia lunata,which the inhibition rate of are both morethan40%after5days Cultured. The Curvularia lunata mycelial inhibition ratemeasurement by different concentrations of M. anisopliae spore suspension derivedcultured5days, Its inhibition rate respectively were57.78%,56.61%and63.94%. Theinhibitory effect of Ma32was found the best in the fermentation broth of M.anisopliae.MA32the Curvularia mycelial growth inhibition rate measured, Experiments show that14days M. anisopliae fermentation broth, which inhibitory effect is the best, the mycelialgrowth of the Curvularia lunata was45.22%.4The physical and chemical properties of B.Bassiana and M.anisopliae fermentation broth,By meareauring the thermal stability, light stability and pH stability of the Bb1B.bassiana and Ma32Metarhizium anisopliae fermentation broth, The result is theinhibitory effect on the pathogenic fungi is not affected by temperature, only after heatingfor30minutes in a high-temperature121oC, the inhibitory effect was more evident. Thesame time, the light has a certain stability, the inhibition rate of the fungi is not declinewith the illumination time. The Bb1B. bassiana and Ma32M. anisopliae fermentationbroth are also have pH stability, antibacterial ingredients under acidic conditions than basicconditions and more stable, the inhibition rate reached the highest when pH=10, Theother hand, its inhibitory effect on the pathogenic fungi began to declinebwhen pH=12.
