Large yellow croaker is the seawater aquaculture single yield the highest fish, the ministry of agriculture in our country has been identified as the most advantage of six kinds of aquatic products of export. But large yellow croaker vulnerable to vibrio disease infection, low survival rate. This topic from the perspective of ecology, in order to machine vision as the research mode, through to the large yellow croaker vibrio disease of real-time monitoring and control, implement the breeding link non-contact monitoring, the promotion of ecological health cultivation mode, greatly improve the level of automation in aquaculture.In this paper the characteristics of large yellow croaker (body and behavior) and the relationship between the vibrio disease for the study of the key point, taking the sea cages pseudosciaena crocea breeding as the research object, through the machine vision research by vibrio disease caused by large yellow croaker surface characteristics and behavior characteristics change, with the aid of adaptive weighted multi-scale morphological edge detection algorithm, we set up a set of infection and uninfected vibrio disease of large yellow croaker corresponding in body surface characteristics and behavior characteristics of the machine vision experience formula, and seek the corresponding relationship of optimization, so as to timely realize large yellow croaker vibrio disease intelligent diagnosis. According to the analysis of the image data to get the quantitative relation, looking for the right image data contrast method, the initial set up a set of corresponding monitoring system.Based on the actual situation of breeding, the use of image sensor and DVR-p008portable hd underwater camera equipment, constructing the large yellow croaker vibrio disease detection system, through the actual operations of vibrio disease detection process can be found that the testing system has friendly interface, simple operation, the characteristics of the test results to achieve our aim, visualization of large yellow croaker disease monitoring technology in the breeding process is very important.
