Dongying lied in the yellow river delta zone, Shandong province.the leading content of this saline soil is Nacl.it is not noly harmful to agricultural production but also harmful to plants for a long time.By using the method of microbiological measures,the saline soil structure and quality were improved,Microbilogical fertilizer contains large quantity of organic substances,increasing soil microbial activity,offering adequate N P and K,in order to keep a better environment for the plaints growth.the saline soil will be a kind of important agricultural resources by the microbilogical measures.Available organic matters produced a great deal of organic acid, these effects can improve the physical,chemical propeities of the soil salinization and enhance soil fertility.this play an active role in improvement of soil salinization.recently,the researchers have an attention on the effects of microbilogical on salinized soil.During this pot test,microbiological fertilizer was added in saline soil and analysis some physical and chemical propeities aspects.the results are as follows:1.The soil conductivity increase with applying of microbiology fertilizer, and it is also increase with the content of microbiology fertilizer used. Organic fertilizer+JFB take the most important role in reduce the soil electrical conductivity.it is not only improve soil physical and chemical structure,but also increase the soil aggregate and enhanced the permeability of soil.2. After applying microbiology fertilizer,soil getting more loosen,per unit volume of weight and unit weight get to reduce.these benefit to decrease soil surface evaporation.meantime,the rate of amassed and returned getting reduced.3.Organic substances increase with applying of microbiology fertilizer, and it is also increase with the content of microbiology fertilizer used. Mushroom materials+EM Bacteria agent take the most important role in increase organic substances.4.We draw the conclusion that Mushroom materials+EM Bacteria agent and Mushroom materials+JFB Bacteria agent are more significant on study of water-soluble ions.after applyingt Mushroom materials+EM Bacteria agent,the Cl-content was reduced by14.8%and the K+content was reduced by7.88%which was compared with before.after applying Mushroom materials+JFB Bacteria agent,the Cl-content was higher than Mushroom materials+ EM Bacteria agent.5.Both Mushroom materials+EM Bacteria agent and Mushroom materials+JFB Bacteria agent are the significant correlation exit among salt content、Cl-content and SO42-content.correlation coefficient shows both of the extent of relevance. The correlation coefficient of Cl" is more than SO42-in the soil. that is SO42-on the soil salt content of the response is not very sensitive. According to the correlation coefficient of Cl-ion and SO42-ion in the soil salt content havea great influences, they are the main element of the dongying soluble ions in the soil.
