During2009-2011,48representative tobacco samples from XingwenCounty, Junlian County, Gong County, Pingshan County and Changning County16tobacco station were collected to congductedas material of quality division. By usingmethod of analysis of variance, factor analysis and GIS interpolation analysis and soon, these materials were conducted to comprehensive analysis of tobacco appearancequality, physical characteristics, chemical composition and sensory quality, at thesame time, exploring the unique style of the material basis of Yibin tobacco bestquality area. The main conclusions were as follows:(1) Yibin tobacco leaves the color orange, maturity was in the middle level ofthe mature grade, most of the blade structure was in still loose medium level of,identity was of middle level, there was oil but not much, chroma was but notconcentrated. Scores of interannual oil and chroma varied greatly, while variability ofother four indicators kept stabilized. Appearance quality of Xianfong, Fall soft andJinping were best,but Luobiao and Meitong were poor, and need to be furtherimproved.(2) Physical characteristics of Yibin tobacco leaves have some differences in theinterannual, but in the same year, which was relatively stable. Single leaf weight wasof the middle level overall level of the country’s, pull and in a more appropriaterange, some of tobacco leaves were slightly thicker,stem ratio was appropriate ineach year, content of equilibrium moisture was higher than13%, tobacco thehygroscopic were better. Tobacco station of Shuangquan, Xunsi, Xianfeng, Dongdi,Wangjia were better in physical characteristics, while Meidong and Jinping were poor.(3) Tobacco nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium, chlorine and nitrogen base ratiowere in a more appropriate range, and total sugar, reducing sugar, starch, sugar tonicotine ratio were slightly highe, potassium chloride ratio was slightly lower thanappropriate range. Variation of potassium chloride was the greatest, followed bychlorine, which showed that Yibin Tobacco potassium chlorine than chlorine, andchlorine content were quite different. The smallest variation was Nitrogen base, totalnitrogen content followed by, which showed more stable than other indicators. From 2009to2011, the seven indicators of the conventional chemical composition of theinter-annual variation were relatively flat, but there was a wide range of variation ofnicotine in different tobacco station.(4) The majority of Yibin tobacco was intermediate flavor, and close to Fennamely partial Fen. Xunsi, Jinping, Xianfong, Xinshi,Gusong,Luomu tobaccostations were better in sensory quality, and Desheng, Dongdi, Luobiao were under thejurisdiction poor of temperament, less aroma, which tobacco leaf quality need to beimproved in these areas.(5) In the Yibin tobacco area, Xianfong, Xunsi and Xinshi were the highestscores and best overall quality, and lower composite score of Desheng, Dongdi andMeidong, poor quality of these three tobacco station, which need to be furtherimproved. According to score of the comprehensive quality, the16tobacco stationswere divided into three categories, comprehensive quality score Sort: class I> classII> class III. Flue-cured tobacco quality variance analysis showed that in the differentcategories: comprehensive quality, sensory quality score, the difference between thethree types of smoke station reached a significant level; chemical composition scorewas significant difference, and the class I had a extremely significant difference withclass II, class III; appearance quality score, tobacco class I had a significant differencewith class II, class III; physical characteristics score was no significant differencebetween the three types of tobacco leaves.(6) Variance analysis in the conventional chemical composition of differentclassification tobacco station showed that: content of potassium existed significantdifference between the three types of tobacco, and class I had a extremely significantdifference with class II, class III, showing that there is a wide range of differences ofpotassium content in different types of tobacco station; total sugar content, the ratio ofpotassium to chlorine, class I and class II, III tobacco showed a very significantdifference; reducing sugar, total nitrogen content and sugar to nicotine ratio, class Ihad significant difference with class III, but the the type II tobacco had no significantdifferences between the two types; nicotine, starch, chlorine content, and nitrogenbase had no significant difference among the three types of smoke station.Before the body material of different classification tobacco station tobaccoaroma degradation product content,comparative analysis results showed that: benzylalcohol and benzene ethanol content between type I existed differences significantlywith class III; Among different categories of tobacco station, content of benzene methanol and phenethyl alcohol showed class I> class II> class III;2-acetylpyrrolein different classification tobacco station, the differences were not significant, and theoverall performance was class II> class I> class III; content of eggplant ketone had asignificant difference between the class III and class I tobacco station tobacco, theoverall performance of eggplant ketone was:class III,> class II> class I; beta-damascenone and3-hydroxy-beta-dihydro damascenone had a significant differenceamong the three types of tobacco station; Dihydroactinidiolide had a significantdifference between class I and class III, the overall average performance ofbeta-damascenone, Dihydroactinidiolide and3-hydroxy-beta-dihydro damascenonewas class I> class II> class III; content of megastigmatrienone4was inconsistentvariation in different classification tobacco station, there was no obvious rule, butmegastigmatrienone showed a significant difference in the total amount in differentclassification tobacco station, and the performance of variation showed class I> classII> class III.The highest score of comprehensive quality class I tobacco station (Jinping,Xinshi, Luomurou, Xunsi and Xianfong), performance of its unique style of tobaccomaterial basis was: high potassium (2.43%-2.85%), two high sugar content (totalsugar:25.3%-30.8%, reducing sugar:17.4%-27.4%), potassium chloride(4.83-8.68μg/g) were greater than4; phenylalanine higher content of benzyl alcohol(8.985±0.553μg/g) and benzene-ethanol (4.549±0.110μg/g) of the degradationproduct; Maillard reaction degradation product,2-moderate content of acetyl pyrrole,was2.423±0.135μg/g; class cypress alkane degradation lower product solanonecontent,38.364±7.594μg/g; carotenoid class main degradation product content, thewhich the beta-damascenone, Dihydroactinidiolide,3-hydroxy-beta-2the hydrogendamascenone content and megastigmatrienone total of36.448±3.986μg/g,2.560±0.385μg/g,3.929±0.278μg/g and41.975±1.784μg/g.
