| The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the small peptide, cysteamine and the combined use of alternative antibiotics on growth performance, digestibilities of nutrients and serum biochemical indices on growing piglets.72healthyand similar weight Landrace-Yorkshire piglets were randomly divided into4groups: inBasal diet,group1,2,3,4respectively add antibiotic(10%Salinomycin400m g/kg+Colistinsulfate20mg/kg),smallpeptide(4g/kg),cysteamine(0.3g/kg),smallpeptide(2g/kg)+cysteamine(0.15g/kg). Experiment is divided into two stages: the first stage,40kg~60kg;the second stage,60kg~90kg. The experiment was carried out for72d. During the first10days of preparation, to disinfect the pigsty, empty fence for10days. After the firsttrial stage to do a test, do it again after the completion of testing in the second stage.Experimental results show that:1In the two stage of experiment, compared with group1(antibiotics group), theADG of Group2(small peptide group), Group3(half reduced glutathione amine) andgroup4(small peptide+half reduced glutathione amine) has increased: first stagerespectively has increased18.3%,8.2%,3.8%; second stage respectively has increased8.2%,6.3%,9.1%. among group2, Group3, group4and group1has significantdifferences (P <0.05). Average daily intake: compared with the other three groups forthe first stage test,Group2(small peptides) was higher.240kg~60kg stage, nutrient digestibility of growing pigs of group2had the besteffect. The indicators of group2, group3and group4had no significantdifference(P>0.05). The digestibility of calcium of small peptide group was higher thanthe antibiotic group, increased8.6%, and the data was similar to cysteamine and jointgroups, and small peptides group and antibiotics group had significant difference (P<0.05). In the60kg~90kg stage, nutrient digestibility of group4had the best effect. Theindicators of group4, group3and group2had no significant difference(P>0.05). Thedigestibility of calcium of joint group was higher than the antibiotic group, increased2.1%, and compared with the other two groups had no differences (P>0.05).3Growing pigs of40kg~60kg, the serum total cholesterol, EC, IgA levels ofgroups did not show significant differences (P>0.05); compared with group1, the serum alanine aminotransferase of group2, group3and group4respectivelyreduced by22.3%,18.0%,21.8%, and had significant difference (P <0.05). Andcompared to group1(antibiotics group), the serum urea nitrogen of other groups hadsignificantly rise (P <0.05). The IgG of group1was highest. In60kg~90kg stage, theserum sgot transaminase, IgG and IgA content had no obviously differences (P>0.05);The IgG level of group3and group4has trend of rise; from serum total protein, andserum urea nitrogen content see, There were no significant differences in all groups(P>0.05), the alanine aminotransferase of group4was lowest, and compared withgroup1had significant difference (P <0.05). |
