In order to epidemic situation in Sichuan of porcine circovirus virus type2, this experiment from2011October to2013March,14large-scale pig farms in Sichuan Province7city in different seasons of the samples collected a total of181copies.Using the PCR diagnostic techniques for porcine circovirus type2virus detection and statistical records.The experimental results show that:89samples were positive for porcine circovirus type2.The positive rate of PCV2infection in Sichuan Province overall in pigs was49.2%.And in the spring and summer the infection rate was the highest.Have virus mixed infection and bacterial infection.According to the analysis of the clinical symptoms and pathological changes, most of the farms was infected with PCV2in PMWS.One of the5large-scale pig farms in SuiNing city and MianYang city were detected in PCV2induced by PDNS.Through the experimental investigation of Sichuan Province can be seen from the farm has widely existed in porcine circovirus type2, and the disease caused great damage to the pig industry in Sichuan province. Therefore, combining with the investigation results in this experiment, according to some large-scale pig farms Sichuan Province’s own situation, discuss a corresponding prevention measures is very important.
