| In this study, we fired different types of biological carbon with tobacco stems and corn straw and analyses their difference in C, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Cu, Zn, B contents and pH basic physical and chemical properties, then developed indoor incubated test and biological pot experiment in the laboratory and greenhouse. The research clarified the mineralization law of the different biological black carbon and explored the impact of fertilizers on soil physical and chemical properties of the soil pH, CEC, aggregates, N, P, K and other nutrients adsorption performance of different biological black carbon, also compare to the role in promoting the tobacco plant nutrient uptake and growth and development. The main results are shown as following:The pH Value of biological black carbon made from tobacco stems straw was Significantly higher than the biological black carbon made from corn stalks. The content of Nã€Pã€Kã€Caã€Mgã€Sã€Cuã€Znã€B of tobacco stems black carbon were higher than corn stalks black carbon. But the carbon content of corn stalks black carbon was higher than tobacco stems black carbon. The results of the indoor mineralization culture experimental showed that, adding tobacco stems black carbon to soil weren’t significantly affect the organic nitrogen mineralization. But the organic nitrogen mineralization law of tobacco stems black carbon is more suitable for tobacco fields.Through analyzing the effect of different biochar on the physical and chemical properties of soil, the results showed that the pH value of the soil increased after adding biochar to soil, especially adding tobacco stems black carbon. The CEC of soil has no apparently change after adding biochar to soil. But adding biochar to soil can obviously increase the proportion of soil aggregates, and the proportion of soil aggregates increases with the addition of biochar. After adding biochar to the soil, the soil has some influence on the adsorption of NO3-, but the NH4+adsorption is not abvious. Simultaneously, the capacity of soil adsorb H2PO4-ã€K+was decreased. Adding biochar to soil did not increase the N uptake of tobacco plant, but significantly increased the P, K uptake, especially adding tobacco stems black carbon. The growth and development of tobacco plants has been markedly strengthened, but it was affected by biochar speices and application amount. Application of the tobacco stems black carbon than corn stalks black carbon better to promote the growth of the tobacco plant, and the growth of tobacco plant with the addition of biochar. |
