The nucleus of male sterility material of Brassica napus plays an important role in heterosis utilization. The breeding of sterile lines with high quality is the precondition of the rape heterosis utilization. Especially that recessive nuclear of male sterility and the sterility is stable, restoring, the original is extensive. There is no trace pollen and the effects of cytoplasm is more valuable in the production of hybrid. So how to select out the nucleus sterile lines with high quality has been the main target of breeders. Make full use of crop breeding and cytology, genetics methods to research the male sterile materials found, The results show that the sterile lines can be very good to keep the early maturity characters of male parent, for breeding early b.napus rape the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river region, solving the problem of "rice-rice-oil" summer-planting, providing good germplasm resources.The following is the results from the experiments.1.
