Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium are important mineral elements for the growth of tobacco, Potassium content is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of tobacco leaves. In order to study the interaction between calcium, magnesium and potassium in flue-cured tobacco with high-potassium, in the case of an adequate supply of potassium, by comparison the effects of different potassium, calcium and magnesium levels on flue-cured tobacco with high-potassium of dry weight, potassium accumulation and distribution of content and agronomic aspects. to compare the differences between the flue-cured tobacco with high-potassium and the ordinary tobacco varieties on potassium accumulation and distribution under different levels of calcium and magnesium, to further explore the flue-cured tobacco with high-potassium of potassium mechanism. Based on the results described in the test, conclusions are as follows:1、different calcium and magnesium levels influence on growth and development of high potassium strains. At the same levels of calcium, root system, application of Mg Fertilizer on the flue-cured tobacco with high-potassium of stem and leaf dry matter accumulation is significantly improved, and increased with the magnesium levels increasing; in the same level of calcium magnesium, application of high level, compared with the application of low levels of calcium high potassium, each part of the dry matter accumulation decreased. Without application of Ca and Mg fertilizer T1(COMO) treatment of dry matter weight relative to the least. The check varieties, growth period in different tobacco plant, dry matter weight of high potassium strains GK5roots, stems and leaves were more than K326. Dry matter allocation rate, high potassium of flue-cured tobacco varieties GK5, root, stem, leaf allocation rate difference at different levels of calcium and magnesium levels overall is not significant, fraction of dry matter allocated with the advance of growth stage increasing root and stem, and leaf dry matter allocation rate with the growth period goes on decreasing tendency. This coincided with the dry matter distribution rate in contrast to K326, K326dry matter accumulation distribution along with the growth period, dry matter allocation to reduce the rate of root and stem, dry matter allocation rate increased in leaf.2、Effects of different levels of calcium and magnesium, potassium contents of high potassium strains. The size of each organ of the same treatment between the potassium content was leaf> stem> root, accumulation of dry matter was basically consistent with the. With the development of tobacco development stages,30days after transplanting time, tobacco in its fast growing period, in9of calcium and magnesium levels, the better is the CalMg2(T6), namely the application of low calcium and high levels of magnesium fertilizer on potassium content increased high potassium strains have a certain role in promoting, alone application of a small amount of potassium or magnesium on tobacco potassium content increased, more fertilizer applied, reduced the potassium content in tobacco leaves.3、Effects of different calcium and magnesium levels, accumulation of high k lines. High potassium strains in different levels of calcium and magnesium potassium accumulation are different, in different parts of tobacco plant dry matter distribution in different calcium and magnesium levels showed leaf> stem> root, accumulation of calcium and magnesium levels on the impact of the various parts of the potassium calcium and magnesium levels did not change with the present certain rules.4、Effects of different levels, calcium accumulation distribution of high k lines KHigh potassium varieties at different growth stages of potassium accumulation amount distribution rules of the whole shoot> root, distribution in various organs of the tobacco leaf> stem> root,30days after transplanting, the root and stem of potassium accumulation rate is the highest in the treatment of T9(C2M2) and T1(C0MO),, leaf K accumulation rate was highest in the T2(C0M1), T3(COM2), T1(C0MO),45days after transplanting, the root, stem and potassium accumulation rate highest respectively is T6(C1M2), T3(COM2), in the last, in leaves, dry potassium accumulation rate highest respectively is T4(C1M0), T9(C2M2), T3(COM2),60days after transplanting, the root, stem and potassium accumulation rate highest respectively is T9(C2M2), T3(COM2), and in the last, in next, leaf K accumulation rate was highest in the T4(C1M0), T9(C2M2), T9(C2M2).5The effects of different levels of calcium and magnesium on the flue-cured tobacco with high-potassium and K326.Under the same level of calcium and magnesium, compared with K326, new strains in each part of the growth and development, high potassium and potassium accumulation of potassium content are better than K326, K uptake ability of new strains is stronger than the ordinary tobacco variety K326, the presence of high levels of calcium and magnesium ions in soil, high potassium new strains still can guarantee the normal potassium absorption of tobacco plant, which to a certain extent, to verify the new strains of high potassium potassium nutrition characteristics. In smoke rice rotation soil, fertilizer32kg/acre MgSO4·7H2O and40kg/acre combination of CaO as calcium and magnesium fertilizer Adding preferred a certain role in promoting tobacco yield and potassium content.
