In this paper, through the three test, the nutrient dynamic change of the whole-plantsilage and no-ear silage during ensiling, differences of nutrients of silage made by Zhengdan958, Xundan26and Nongda108,and difference of nutrition change between the twopreservation method was evaluated, in order to understand the variation of nutrients in thesilage process as well as the influence of different maize varieties on silage nutritional value. In order to ensure the maximum nutrition value of silage, improve the palatability of ruminantlivestock, promote the rapid and healthly development of animal husbandry in China. Theresults show that:In the fermentation process, the main nutrients, such as dry matter, crude protein, crudefat, organic matter was decreased slowly, but the loss of water soluble carbohydrate thatproduced lactic acid in silage was bigger because of the use of lactic acid bacteria and othermicroorganisms before and after the silage; But compared with the dried green feed naturallyin the canopy, the loss of the nutrient composition of silage was very small, so silage couldsave nutritional value better.Comparison of nutritive components of two kinds of silage, in the aspect of the digestionand absorption of nutrients easily in animal body, such as water soluble carbohydrate, crudeprotein, crude fat and so on, content of the whole plant of silage was higher than the ear silage;in the aspect of the digestion and absorption of nutrients hardly, such as neutral detergentfiber, acid detergent fiber and so on, the contents of total strains of silage than no-ear silage;Lactic acid production of whole-plant silage was higher than the no-ear silage in silagefermentation, but the proportion of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen ratio, on behalf ofprotein damage level, was lower than the no-ear silage feed. This fully showed that thenutritive value of whole plant silage was higher than the no-ear silage. The nutrients of3different varieties of maize silage are also decreased after the silage, but the varieties has no much affect to the nutritional quality of silage. By comparison, interms of the nutrient content of silage, Xundan26was better than Zhengdan958andNongda108.
