| The paper studied effects of different level waterlogged stress on the physiological eharaeteristies.Soluble sugar content, Chlorophyll content, MDA content and relative electric conductivity of Salixsuchowensis Cheng, J795, Carya illinmoensis and pterocarya stenoptera were also analyzed in thepaper. The results showed as follows.(1)Under the waterlogged stress, the four species showed different morphological characteristics.Salix suchowensis Cheng and J795appear some red aerial root to adapt to adversity environment causedby the waterlogged stress,. It had strong adaptability to waterlogged stress. Under the differentwaterlogging stress, Carya illinmoensis and pterocarya stenoptera grow slowly and the leaves turn toyellow. Carya illinmoensis were grow slowly and pterocarya stenoptera would died.(2) Effeets of waterlogged stress on the soluble sugar content of Salix suchowensis Cheng, J795,Carya illinmoensis and pterocarya stenoptera were increased, then decreased, the whole had the trendof increment. Salix integro and J795roll up the soluble sugar content to adapt to adversity environmentcaused by the waterlogged stress, Carya illinmoensis and pterocarya stenoptera were slower than Salixintegro and J795.(3) Effeets of waterlogged stress on the Chlorophyll content of Salix suchowensis Cheng, J795,Carya illinmoensis and pterocarya stenoptera were whole decreased. Among them, theChlorophyll content of Salix integro and J795downward trend to slow and in the late waterlogging wereincreased, acount for that it has strong adaptability to waterlogged stress. The Chlorophyll content ofCarya illinmoensis and pterocarya stenoptera fell sharply, acount for that waterlogging stress hasinhibitory effect for their physiological metabolism.(4) Effeets of waterlogged stress on the MDA content and relative electric conductivity of Salixsuchowensis Cheng, J795, Carya illinmoensis and pterocarya stenoptera were whole tend to beconsistent, decreased at first the increased subsequently. The MDA content and relative electricconductivity of Salix integro and J795decreased at first the increased subsequently under thedifferent waterlogging stress, as to adapt the waterlogged stress. The MDA content and relativeelectric conductivity of Carya illinmoensis and pterocarya stenoptera were increased rolled up.Acount for that waterlogging stress has inhibitory effect for their physiological metabolism.Based on the systematic alanalyses, the tolerance to waterlogging is Salix suchowensisCheng> J795> Carya illinmoensis> pterocarya stenoptera. |
