| selected the soil of a specific coordinate on Longquan Mountain inChengdu as the samples, tested the amount of various soil microbial functional groupsin different seasons and the physical and chemical properties of soil environmentalfactors, including water content, pH value, organic matter content, microbial biomasscarbon, and analysed the reason of the changes in the amount of various soil microbealfunctional groups of different seasons and the relationship with the soil environmentfactors; and preliminarily identified the advantage bacteria in soil.The results showed that:1) the total amount of each soil microbial functional groupin the order from more to less showed: aerobic cellulose decomposing microbes>anaerobic cellulose decomposing microbes>ammonifying bacteria>denitrifyingbacteria>nitrifying bacteria;2) there are correlations of different degree between thevarious soil microbial functional groups and the soil environmental factors;3) Afterpreliminary identification, it is deduced that the five kinds of advantage of bacteriarespectively belong to Paenibacillus, Bacillus, Sporosarcina, Nitrobacter andNitrosomonas. |
