In order to improve the reproductive performance of the Dorset×Small Tail Hanhybrid sheep, and achieve the intensive lambing of ewes, select Dorset (♂)×Small TailHan Sheep (♀) hybrid ewes to test postpartum induction of estrus and the early weaningtrial of lamb.The postpartum estrus induced test of Dorset×Small Tail Han hybrid ewes: Select169postpartum ewes, which were randomly divided into control, PIDR+PMSG, PG+PMSG three groups. The dose of PMSG is divided into300IU,350IU,400IU threegradients. The results show that:Estrus rate of PIDR+PMSG group were76.91%,95.65%,76.00%, It was much significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). The PG+PMSGgroup of three treatment estrus rates were0.00%,8.00%,0.00%; PIDR+PMSG group rateof twins were20.00%,25.00%,11.11%; The PG+PMSG group were0.00%,100.00%,0.00%.Probiotics on the study of the impact of the lamb early weaning: Select30Dorset×Small Tail Han hybrid lambs, which were randomly divided into control group,experimental group1, group2, the control group breast-feeding with the ewes, not feeding,tests1and Feeding+Probiotics group feeding the same amount, and the Feeding+Probiotics group was the addition of0.5%probiotics.The lambs were fed with particulatematerial from15days old, and started to wean when they were18kg, the control group weaned asnormal.The results showed that:From the beginning of the trial to54-day-old weaned, theweight gain of control group, the test group1, group2were6.88Kg,9.28Kg,10.06Kg, anddaily gain were176.4g,237.95g,257.95g, the daily gain of experimental group2wassignificantly higher than control group and the test group1(P<0.05). At54days of age, theprobiotics add group intake lower than the untreated groups, respectively309g,364g;however, the importance of probiotics add a group test of increased higher than theuntreated groups.In period of test, Probiotics-treated and untreated Add lamb mortalitywere0.00%and10.00%.Study on early weaning of lamb: Select48Dorset×Small Tail Han hybrid lambs,which were randomly divided into four groups of control, A, B, C, the test of A, B, C groupfeed the same formulation but feed amount the type of particulate material (15d,25d,35d,45d,55d, group A feed respectively for10g,30g,60g,90g,150g; group B respectively for the20g,60g,100g,200g,350g; Group C respectively for the30g,90g,140g,310g,550g); The lambs were fed with particulate material from15days old, and started to wean when theywere18kg. The control group weaned as normal.The test results are as follow:From thebeginning of the trial to55-day-old weaned, weight gain of the control group and the testgroup were6.9Kg,6.89Kg,10.44Kg,7.9Kg; daily gain were172.5g,172.25g,261g,197.5g, group A is slightly lower than the control group, Other experimental group wassignificantly higher than control group, the weight gain of test B group Lamb is thefastest.Until55-day-old, the lamb of test A, B, C group feed intake were124g,357g,305g,the group B lambs are the fastest on growing feed intake. Test B group Lamb of morbidityand mortality were8.33%,0.00%, lower than the other groups.After tested the12Dorset×Small Tail Han hybrid ewes of different ages stage milk-likecomponent, The experimental results show that:The colostrum milk protein content ofabout11%, higher than normal milk in the5%-7%. The content of protein dropped withsecretion; butterfat rate of colostrums and milk were9.54±2.20%,8.11±2.78%,7.11±1.91%and7.41±2.14%respectively,the content of colostrums Ca and P were relatively higher thanthat of in milk, and the ratio of Ca/P in colostrums and milk were1.36,1.35,1.25and1.41. Normal milk stage (15-45d) no significant changes in milk composition.
