Grape is one of the oldest plants in the world,long long ago human began to plant thisfruit tree,and its production accounts for almost a quarter of the world ’s fruitproduction.As the grape highly heterozygous,inbreeding depression, a relatively longperiod of infancy,traditional grape varieties costs more time,money and labor. In thepast,we used morphological markers to distinguish grape resources,with the developmentof biotechnology,we need to study the genetic relationship of a species from gene level.This test uses SSR markers,we select143grape cultivars as test materials,establish aset of building technology system in the grape DNA fingerprinting Gallery,to offer basis forgrape germplasm identification and kinship analysis.Results are as follows:(1)From38pairs of SSR we selected19SSR primers,which showed efficientamplification and were used for143grape varieties in the experiment.We obtained a totalof95DNA bands,95bands were found to be polymorphic,accounting for amplificationwith100%of the total,the number of different primers ranged from2to10, with a averageof5.(2)The clustering results show that the similarity coefficient of143grape varieties range between0.00001~0.81132showed high genetic diversity.The grape varieties are divided into five groups.We cansee,SSR molecular marker technology can separate different varieties and to reveal the relationshipbetween varieties.(3)We can use19primers to constructe143grape varieties fingerprints.Using7primers(Vchr1a,VChr6a,VChr9a,VChr10b,VChr11a,VChr15a,VChr18a)selected from19primers,143species can be completely separated.(4)Features Plant Molecular Marker Identification Database System include:entrydata;browse data information;analysis of data information.Plant Molecular MarkerIdentification Database System Indexed143grape cultivars,each species of pictureinformation and stripe information is entered and stored in the database,the databaseprovides a powerful browsing capabilities and query retrieval services,choosing to beanalyzed species and varietie known,data information will be displayed on the screen,theanalysis provides the basis for kinship varieties.
