| In order to improve soil condition, overcome the barrier of continuouscropping obstacle to industry development of the facilities. In this paper, by settingthe cucumber-corn crop rotation mode, and different density and different growthperiod, to study the effect of different treatment on soil physical and chemicalenvironment, the change of the soil microbial populations, and the soil enzymeactivity research, observing its effect on the improvement of the facilities cucumberprotect the soil and crop of the cucumber yield after impact.1. Through the study of soil physical and chemical properties showed thatcucumber-corn processing can significantly reduce the soil bulk density, improvesoil acidification, reduce the soil electrical conductivity, and with the increase ofplanting density, improve the effect of soil increased, as the growth of the growingseason, soil salt content is lower. Soil organic matter, available nitrogen, availablephosphorus, available potassium content are will decrease with the growth of maize,compared with leisure treatment, soil available nitrogen up to60.2%lower,rapidly-available phosphorus decreased44.75%, rapidly-available potassiumdecreased by57.26%, and the reduction occurred in mature high density treatment,but the cucumbers-corn crop rotation patterns on soil nutrient equilibrium effect isnot obvious.2. The content of soil microorganisms during the whole rotation showed differentchanging trend, number of soil bacteria increased after the first drop, actinomycetestrends are consistent with changes in bacteria, fungi and soil changes from bothdifferent, showing a downward trend. Number of micro-organisms have the samechange trend, under the different density differences, in soil B/F value in the comparison, cucumber, corn crop rotation can significantly increase soil B/F value,lower content of fungi in the soil, which for30to60natural long-term low densityeffect is best, and leisure and showed significant difference before planting.3.In the research of soil enzyme activities in different treatment of Cucumber-corn crop rotation.The result shows that different enzymes have different changetrend, soil urease with growth period extended first increase then decrease, variationbetween different density is different, with middle density(4000plants/mu) showedthe highest enzyme activity performance, under the soil catalase activity and ureaseactivity changes show great correlation, exhibit a same change trend, invertase in thewhole growth period showed a gradual decline trend, larger correlation with soilnutrient and soil phosphatase activity changes in the enzyme activity change showedspecificity, presents the increasing trend after cut first, by synthesizing variousenzyme activity change trend, found under the density of4000plants/mu, the enzymeactivity changes with other processing has a certain difference, show some goodperformance.4. Different corn growth period after the end, on the relationship of the crop ofthe cucumber yield after different treatment and made a meticulous research, resultshows that60natural treatment showed higher yield effect, yield increases of up to13.1%compared with leisure, and cucumber plant heftiness, growth potential is good.5. Based on the experimental demonstration result shows that different periods ofcucumber-corn crop rotation mode to improve the soil environment, and showedpositive effect to overcome continuous cropping obstacles, in which the density of4000plants/mu is relatively reasonable,30to60growth period effect is better,deserved continue to study. |
