Study On Straw Mechanized Processing And Utilizing Mode Of Shangoiu

This paper carried out the research, for straw burning phenomenon of repeated caused environmental pollution, as well as straw resources comprehensive utilization is low, that prompted straw large number of idle. Through investigation and analysis about agricultural development and the use of straw in Shangqiu, and found that Shangqiu has a broad space for development in straw mechanized processing and utilization, it can be through a straw mechanized processing and utilization as a breakthrough, and give full play to the Shangqiu industries to relocate to the demonstration city’s prominent role in the Central Plains Economic Zone, and improve the level of agricultural mechanization, the development of the ecological cycle of agriculture. Combine new rural communities construction and use of straw, spread straw mechanized handling and use of new technologies, and the industrialization of straw utilization, to promote Shangqiu of resource conservation, ecological and environmental protection and the improvement of farmers’ income.This paper, the survey findings are as follows:(1)After learned from at home and abroad straw mechanized handling and use of advanced technology and patterns, put forward a mode of new construction of rural communities and straw processing and utilization technology combined, this model will be focused on solving the mechanized handling and use of straw equipment and technology issues, collection storage and transportation system issues, funding and policy issues.(2)To establish a "government, industry, research, academia, user" integrated operating mechanism by "one-stop" agricultural cooperatives, the land transfer operation, perfect straw mechanized handling and use of the collection, storage and transportation system, government finances subsidies, tax breaks and other preferential policies, farm machinery and equipment manufacturing companies, new energy technology enterprises to increase investment in research and development efforts, and scientific research institutions, colleges and universities conducted jointly straw mechanized processing and utilization to improve equipment, technology research and development and personnel training. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the farmers, accelerate the promotion and use of mechanical straw, straw baling machinery, straw briquette molding equipment and other advanced equipment, is conducive to enhancing the manufacturing level and the equipment level of agricultural mechanization.(3)With the introduction of the agricultural cycle development concept, the new rural community building and straw mechanized processing with the use of combination up to the implementation of the "one village, one product" project, focusing on the development of the use of energy crops straw production of biogas, ethanol and other new energy sources and straw molding burning power generation energy, the use of the straw feed technology development of animal breeding industry, the development of stalk plate industry, able to solve the problem of sewage and garbage disposal, surplus labor transfer in the process of building new countryside, improve the income of farmers to new rural communities to accelerate the pace of construction of new rural communities, has good economic, social and environmental benefits.
