Histopatholgical Study On Hepatopancreas Symptoms Of Eriocheir Sinensis

In this paper, Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) of hepatopancreassymptomes are discussed in detailed research, and at the same time, combinationof the index of antioxidant enzymes and metabolic product MDA content in thehepatopancreas. Comprehensive analysis the whole pathological process andpreliminary analysis and diagnosis the disease. In order to make effectiveprevention and treatment measures to prevent the disease.1. In my study, the disease crabs collected from Jiangsu, Changzhou,rulin.The conventional paraffin section preparation method was used to observe on thelesions in tissues and cells of Chinese mitten crab with hepatopancreas symptoms,meantime compared to the normal samples. The pathological characteristicsshowed that the basic structure of hepatopancreas and gills are totally collapse.From the start of lesions, the color of hepatopancreas turn slightly lighter, butthe structure is still clear. Microscopic observation a portion of hepatopancreastubulars occurrence oedema, denaturation. The structure of cell was a little fuzzy.The other organ is normal. In the next stage of this disease, hepatopancreas showedabnormal light yellow color, microscopic observation of hepatopancreas cellsappeared a large area of cavity structure, cell necrosis and turbulence in itsarrangement, gill lobe can find dirt in the naked eye. Taken by microscope, showedthe lamellae of gill become thicker, epithelial cell arranged irregularly, numerouscells can squeeze in blood cavity. The other parts of the organization have notobvious lesions’ symptoms, like muscle, heart. The worstest situation, the crab isvery thin and all dead in the lab within two days. The hepatopancreas showedwhite or ash black with fuzzy structure. Those are obvious abnormal. Taken bymicroscopic observation organization structure completely collapse. A largenumber of impurities and native aquatic animals has been found among the gill lamellae. Gill lobe cavity expansion and cortical disintegration, the whole gillalmost only for chitin cavitation.The other tissues, like heart, muscle partialstructure dissolution and inflammatory cells proliferation, but obvious lesions hasnot been observed in intestinal tissue. The study showed that the hepatopancreas,gill, heart and muscle tissue of the lesion is resulted in the deaths of Chinese mittencrab which were suffered of hepatopancreas symptomes.2. To test the enzymatic activities of the superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH), malondialdehyde(MDA) inhepatopancreas have been monitored by use of biochemical techniques to study theChinese mitten crab hepatopancreas symptomes. The results show that three kindsof the activity of antioxidant enzymes in hepatopancreas and metabolites ofmalondialdehyde content in different period of duration of Chinese mitten crab hassignificantly changed. In the cases of lesions slightly, the activity of CAT changeda little, other enzymes of SOD, GSH and MDA showed significant changes.Whenthe situation become more worse, the value of other three kinds of enzymes,antioxidant enzymes and MDA showed significant difference. The physiologicalfactors which can explain the situations is that the decline of the content ofantioxidant enzymes and accumulation of metabolic substance malondialdehyde inhepatopancreas. The changes of those basic Parameters is the main reason to causethe imbalance of free radicals and then reduce the crab’s irritability.3. Combined pathology observation and the activities of3kinds ofantioxidant enzyme indexes and MDA content in hepatopancreas, establish thestandard of Chinese mitten crab hepatopancreas symptomes. Provides a theoreticalreference for clinical identification of pathological changes and scientific basis foreffective medication treatment. The results of the study are also enriched the studyof Chinese mitten crab disease data, for the health of Chinese mitten crabaquaculture to provide certain reference.
