In order to solve short length, threshing loss of threshing drum used in the hillyminiature wheat combine harvester, the indoor tests were conducted. First, aperformance test of the Φ490threshing drum of single-cutter miniature wheat combinewas conducted. Take the rate of the loss, the long-Straw, the grain breakage, theentrainment grain, the un-threshed grain and the impurity as the performance index,take the roller speed, the concave clearance, the guide plate angle and the mesh size asthe factors, an orthogonal test and a regression test were conducted, and the result wasoptimized to get the optimum parameters, when the four factors are660r/min,16mm,10°,14mm, the long-Straw rate is3.1%, the impurity rate is39.5%, the entrainmentgrain rate is0.6%, the un-threshed grain rate is0.01%and the grain breakage rate is0.009%, then made a verification test. In order to investigate the adaptability, aadaptive test of feeding and a test of the axial separation rate of the concave werecarried out. After extensive tests and analysis, find out the rules of the facors to theperformance index. On this basis, a performance test of the Φ420threshing drum ofthe double-cutter miniature wheat combine was conducted. Take the roller speed,concave clearance and the guide plate angle as the factors, a regression test wasconducted, and the result was optimized to get the optimum parameters, when thethree factors above are817r/min,21mm,16°,the loss rate is1.01%, the long-Straw rateis3.1%, the impurity rate is39.5%, the entrainment grain rate is0.6%, the un-threshedgrain rate is0.01%and the grain breakage rate is0.009%, it provides basis for thedesigning of the miniature wheat combine with the single cutter or the double cutters.
