| The combine harvesters are becoming bigger and more complex with the agricultural technology developing at top speed, and the driving operation is getting more and more troublesome。Whether or not to master the driving skills of these combine harvesters in very short time concern the service efficiency of harvests directly; whether or not eliminating these faults emerged during machines’ operation in time concern the harvests’ function and service life directly; whether or not to be convenient for engineers to collect real-time experimental data in the farmland concern the research speed of those combine harvesters directly.This research structured the monitoring system platform of the maize harvesting machines’ working parameters, by means of modern testing and measurement and embedded microcomputer technology, adopting inexpensive CPUã€sensorsã€LCD and other components, combining current embedded CAN network communication technique, referring to the former design projects of sensors on the combine harvests。Via these monitoring sensors connected to each work part on the maize harvesting machine’s header by the CAN net-work, this system realized the processing of many operating parameters’ real-time transmission, the evaluation of the parameters’reasonablenessã€storing every parameter in SD card〠the display of parameters via multicolor LCD module and driving guidance, on account of the fundamental of hardware by ARM CPU and according to the embedded master control OS by μC/OS-II RTOS.Indicated by the experiments on the4YZB-2700maize harvesting machine’s header, the monitoring system for the header’s operating parameters run steady, had strong anti-interference, it’s sensors got information dependably, it’s digital filter algorithm effected obviously。So, it could provide drivers with the configuration of the best operating parameters and it will to be a well-deserved helper for engineers. |
