With growing concern for environmental issues, the ecological function and protection of wetland has been paid attention more and more. National Urban Wetland Park of Changzhi was chosen as study area, and depending on the distance near the water, the water level gradient were selected in three water area, near(from the waters of the distance0-15m)、 centre(15-30m) and far(30-45m), research based on the method of field investigation and test in the laboratory, study on the content and distribution characteristics of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, analyzes the influence of soil moisture content, total phosphorus content, salt content, pH and species diversity to the content of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen. The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1) The change range of soil organic carbon content is34.82-36.39g/kg; the change range of soil total nitrogen content is1.12-1.16g/kg. Show:the near> the centre> the far. Further significant difference analysis, the results showed that extremely significant difference of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen only between the near and the far(p<0.01).Variation of soil pH is7.79-7.86, variation of salinity is0.37-0.45g/kg,Variation of soil total phosphorus is0.46-0.54g/kg.(2) Correlation studies on the affecting factors of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen, the results showed that there are a positive correlation between the soil organic carbon and total nitrogen, under different humidity gradient, correlation is shown as:the near (R=0.902)> the centre (R=0.9)> the far (R=0.811); There are a positive correlation between soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus content, salt content, humidity gradient, and their correlation is significant. The best fitting of soil water content and organic carbon is power function, also soil water content and total nitrogen content is polynomial function; The best fitting of soil total phosphorus content, salt content and organic carbon, total nitrogen content is polynomial function.(3) To investigated and analysed on three moisture gradient area of the plant, and analysed the diversity index, the results for the wetland community structure is simple, average coverage are high relatively, species richness and diversity is low, under the condition of moisture gradient, species diversity index size order:the far> the centre> the near. Correlation study of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and vegetation characteristics, results showed that the soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and Shannon-Wiener, species diversity index, species richness are significantly negative correlation (P<0.05), especially the species richness and total nitrogen content are extremely significantly negatively correlated (P<0.01), soil organic carbon and the average coverage are significantly correlated (P<0.05). Further choose regression analysis with the factor significant correlation. Results show that with the increase of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen content of species diversity index decreased significantly, while the average coverage is on the rise. The Shannon Wiener index were significantly correlative to SOC content and soil TN content exponential regression; Margalef index were significantly correlative to SOC content linear regression, were significantly correlative to soil TN content binomial regression; The average coverage were significantly correlative to SOC content exponential regression, were significantly correlative to soil TN content power function. Multivariate regression analysis showed that:organic carbon and salinity index have bigger influence on the of vegetation diversity.
