Swine mycoplasma pneumonia disease (MHP) is a chronic, exposure to respiratory diseases, it is intensive pig farms of common diseases. Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae widely spreads in our country, in order to find out the epidemic situation in Shanxi Province, based on the kind of pig farm and part of Scatter-feed conducted an epidemiological investigation confirmed swine cough, asthma is more prevalent; for suspected pigs collect disease material, using PCR kit for the detection of swine pathogenic mycoplasma positive rate of more than26.7%; on the non immune herd sampling blood samples, using ELISA kit for the detection of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antibody positive rate was above36.5%. Above research proves that Shanxi pig Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae infection is more serious, and clinical survey results. Another found that selective examination the sow herd serum positive rate reached100%,2weeks in piglets due to colostrum influence of maternal antibodies, ELISA antibody positive rate is68.5%, then gradually decline,5weeks of age was13%, the positive rate was69%13weeks of age. Immune test immunization in3swine mycoplasma pneumonia vaccine serum antibody variation, selection of80healthy pigs as an experimental animal, were randomly divided into â… , â…¡, â…¢ and â…£ (control) in all4groups, each group of20pigs. According to each vaccine manufacturers to provide the best immunization program,â… , â…¡ and group â…¢ vaccinate piglets, piglets neck muscle groupIV with2.0mL saline. In14,28,42,56days of age of blood serum separation, and use of the ELISA method for the detection of serum Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antibody level. The results show that different vaccine immunization, antibody production in different experimental pigs. At the age of14days, each test group of antibody level difference was not significant (P>0.05). In28days of age group â…¡ antibody level was significantly higher than that inâ…¢, â…£ group two (0.01<P<0.05); at the age of42days, â… , â…¡ two group was significantly higher than those of Câ…¢antibodies, â…£two group (P<0.01),â…¡ group was significantly higher than that of â… , â…¢ and â…£(0.01<three group P<0.05), I group was significantly higher than that in â…¢, â…£group two (0.01<P<0.05); at the age of56days, â… , â…¡ two group was significantly higher than those of â…¢ antibodies. â…£ two group (P <0.01)...
