This paper first explores the expression of two lipase gene in intramuscular Tan sheep from the energy level diet the different dietary energy levels, aims to improve the sheep meat, improve economic benefits of farmers, and nutritional regulation of fatty deposits and provide a theoretical basis. This test was combination of feeding trials with qPCR technology, to study the expression of FAS and HSL gene by dietary energy levels, and FAS and HSL gene relative expression, intramuscular fat content, weight, fat weight tail correlation between analyzed. The results were as follows:1With the increased levels of dietary energy, Tan sheep FAS gene expression was significantly increased relative, in which high-energy group is2.15times of low-energy group (P<0.05), the medium-energy group is1.4times of low-energy group (P>0.05). Showed that dietary energy level had a significant effect to mRNA expression levels for Tan sheep FAS gene.2With the increased levels of dietary energy, Tan sheep HSL gene expression was significantly reduced relative, The low-energy group is3.6times of high-energy group (P<0.05), the medium-energy group is1.2times of low-energy group(P>0.05). Showed that dietary energy level had a significant effect to mRNA expression levels for Tan sheep HSL gene.3With the increased levels of dietary energy, FASmRNA/HSLmRNA ratio was gradually increasing trend, in which high-energy group is7.74times of low-energy group (P<0.05), the energy group is4.2times of low-energy group(P>0.05). Showed that dietary energy level had a significant effect to mRNA expression levels for FASmRNA/HSLmRNA ratio.4Correlation analysis showed that:the dietary energy levels and weight gain, tail fat weight, andFASmRNA expression was significantly positive correlation between (P<0.01), and intramuscular fat content was significantly positively correlated (P<0.05), with HSLmRNA expression was significantly negatively correlated (P<0.01); FASmRNA expression and HSLmRNA expression was significantly negatively correlated (P<0.01), dietary energy levels and weight gain, tail fat weight, intramuscular fat content, FAS and HSL mRNA expression of genes obvious correlation. The preliminary results show that:Fat deposition (especially intramuscular fat) regulated by the energy level, the adjustment mechanism may be by FAS and HSL gene expression to achieve.
