Our country existing arable land133million hm2,Per capita is only0.1hm2,More than85%of the land resources of non-cultivated land resources,the area of desert and Gobi land accounted for1/7of the land area, a serious shortage of arable land resources. As an important grain production base, the western region of Ningxia cultivated land area of1.267million hm2, per capita0.23hm2, non-cultivated land area of2.974million hm2, Plenty of non-cultivated land resources provide the foundation for the development of non-cultivated land efficient agriculture,Desert, Gobi, saline-alkali land, dry land, barren hills and slopes, coastal beach are not suitable for farming land has been fully utilized.The development of non cultivated high-efficiency agriculture is an important guarantee for agriculture and economic and social sustainable development in Ningxia, is to solve the problem of fruits and vegetables and other economic crops and food fight, effective way to increase arable land.From non-cultivated land resources current situation of Ningxia, this paper analysis of non-cultivated land resources characteristics and development and utilization of the status quo, through the Zhongwei desert ecological area, Wu Zhong land ecological zone, ecological area of saline-alkali soil in Shizuishan City Middle Arid Zone in sunlight greenhouse field research, and to know our non-cultivated land area in the sunlight greenhouse greenhouse design, using new technology, new material, new equipment, to produce the benefits all have a great progress. In general, the greenhouse Wuzhong City Mountain cascade solar greenhouse were superior in the structure, performance,performance on the other two places.But at the same time, greenhouse three places also exist many problems,mainly in the:According to different characteristics of non-cultivated land areas, lack of quantitative indicators,construction of the complete sets of technology and standards;Sunlight greenhouse wall structure,building materials, greenhouse skeleton material for further selection;Facilities of new technology,modern equipment utilization rate is low; The management level needs to improve and so on.In order to adjust measures to local conditions the development of non-cultivated land facilities agriculture, construction of solar greenhouse is suitable for Ningxia non-cultivated land characteristics, puts forward the structure and construction of the ningxia region non-cultivated land greenhouse strategic way:to speed up the high strength, easy assembly, long life, light simplified new frame in the research and development;To speed up the development of new wall materials used;Perfect the greenhouse facilities, improve the level of facilities agricultural mechanization,reducing the labor intensity;Actively research and develop ningxia non-cultivated land greenhouse structural criteria;Promote the non-cultivated land greenhouse building related preferential policies.Finally,the efficiency analysis for ningxia non-cultivated land greenhouse, Finally, the ningxia development of non cultivated facility agriculture has great potential.Through the development of non cultivated land,can improve the land use and land quality,improve the ecological environment of the district, increase the planting area of farm land resource and arable land,to optimize the layout of agricultural production,ensure grain production,has important practical and historical significance to improve the agricultural economic benefits and ecological benefits.
