The flowering is regulated by the surrounding environment and the genetic and the breeding. The flowering induction is the first step of procreation and is the most complicated process of gene interactions. The rice flowering involve many genes which interaction each other and form a network to regulate.RNA in situ hybridization is used to show the change of expression patterns and levels of the flowering regulation genes in the OsTFL2RNAi backdrop and search the downstream genes of OsTFL2.The result of the analysis of the divergence of rice DNA and CDS shows that, in the different rices OsTFL2DNA sequence also have conservations. But the high conservation of OsTFL2sequence is not equal to the high conservation of phenotype. The "insertions and deletions"sequences also exist in rice. In different rices, DNA and CDS are different.The unequal exchange happen in cell meiosis and the Intron removal happen in RNA processing may cause the OsTFL2genetic variation.The RNA processing and functional phenotypes of OsTFL2may be regulated by genetic background at the same time.The flowering mechanism in different rices are different.The function of promote flowering of OsTFL2gene are different between different species. Explore OsTFL2gene how to play a role in the rice flowering induction and flower development process.The MED32and MED29which in mammalian and the MED2which in yeast are belonging to homologous genes. The MED32which in the end of the mediator protein is the major DNA-binding transcription factor. The RNAi technology is used in the research to build OsMED32Overexpression and interference expression vector and transfer the newly contructed plant expression vectors to Agrobacterium EHA105. As a result, the OsMED32can not normally expression in rice which can help us to find out the function of OsMED32.Because the OsMED32which located in the end of Mediator complex is DNA-binding transcription factor, we can move forward to the research of the function of the OsMED32gene regulated the transcription expression of OsTFL2gene.
