The experiment chose the sugarcane areas where ratoon sugarcane seedlings etiolated severely in Nanningã€Chongzuo etc to investigate, collected soil, root, leaf samples, then determined the samples’ nutrient element contents and the soil pHã€root activity〠chloropHyll content,to explore the mechanism of ratoon sugarcane seedling etiolation from the nutrition point of view. The test results were as follows:1.The soil pH, organic matter, total N, total P, available N, available P, effective Fe, effective Mn, effective Cu, effective Zn, exchangeable Mg contents of etiolation sugarcane lands were lower than normal sugarcane lands and new planting sugarcane lands significantly or highly significantly, but the total K, available K, effective S and active Al contents were higher than normal sugarcane lands and new planting sugarcane lands significantly or highly significantly. The active Al content of etiolation sugarcane lands was negatively correlated with the effective Fe content highly significantly, negatively correlated with organic matter contentã€available P contentã€effective Cu content significantly, negatively correlated with soil pHã€effective Zn contentã€effective Mn content.2.The root activity of etiolated seedling roots was lower than normal seedling roots and new planting sugarcane roots highly significantly.Total Al content of etiolated seedling roots was higher than normal seedling roots and new planting sugarcane roots highly significantly.Excepted total N, total P contentã€total K content of etiolated seedling roots were all lower than normal seedling roots and new planting sugarcane roots highly significantly. The total Mgã€total Sã€total Feã€total Mnã€total Znã€total B contents of etiolated seedling roots were lower than normal seedling roots and new planting sugarcane roots significantly or highly significantly. The total Al content of etiolated seedling roots was negatively correlated with the root activity significantly, negatively correlated with the total Nã€total Znã€total Mgã€total Bã€total Mn contents.3.The chloropHyll content of etiolated seedlings was lower than normal seedlings and new planting sugarcane seedlings highly significantly. The total Nã€total Sã€active Fe contents of etiolated seedlings were lower than normal seedlings and new planting sugarcane seedlings highly significantly, but total Pã€total Kã€total Mnã€total Cuã€total Zn〠total Mã€total Bã€total Al contents were higher than normal seedlings and new planting sugarcane seedlings significantly or highly significantly. The chloropHyll content of etiolated seedlings was positively correlated with the total S content significantly, positively correlated with the total N content, negatively correlated with total Al content highly significantly, negatively correlated with total K content significantly, negatively correlated with total Pã€total Feã€total Mnã€total Cuã€total Znã€total Mgã€total B contents. The total Al content of etiolated seedlings was negatively correlated with total S content significantly, negatively correlated with total N content, positively correlated with total K content significantly, positively correlated with total Pã€total Feã€total Mnã€total Cuã€total Znã€total Mgã€total B contents. |
