On the basis of field experiment, this study adopts the combination design with quadratic orthogonalrotation of two factors and five levels, and selects water and fertilizer which are the two main factors toeffect the growth, yield and quality of grapes to construct the mathematical model of the yield and quality.By analyzing this model, it discusses the water-fertilizer coupling effect on grapes yield increase.Under the conditions of this test, it finds out the right proportion of water and fertilizer to make thegrapes economic indicators reach the top for the purpose of different grapes economic indicators. And itputs forward the right proportion of water and fertilizer in the extremely arid areas by combining the actualfact. That can provides some guidance for lowyielding field to make a higher production.(1)The different mathematical model has set up with grape yield and quality as the goal, and getsthe best ratio of irrigation and fertilization for drip irrigation grape in extreme arid area.(2)By the irrigation test of grapes in extreme arid area, which fertilization can effectively promotethe absorption of moisture. Irrigation also has promote absorption effect for fertilization. When theirrigation is low, the interaction of water and fertilizer increased by the increasing fertilizer, but when theirrigation is high, it would appear the opposite results.(3)In this experimental conditions, the best ratio of irrigation and fertilization considering grapesproduction as economic objectives is: when the irrigation amount is6779.85m3·hm-2, the nitrogen rate andpotassium are225.45kg·hm-2, the phosphorus is112.73kg·hm-2; Considering the sugar content of grapes asan economic goal, the right proportion of irrigation and fertilization is: irrigation amount was6821.55m3·hm-2, nitrogen rate and potassium are224.55kg·hm-2,the amount of phosphorus is112.28kg·hm-2; Considering Vc of grapes as the economic objectives, the best value of irrigation andfertilization is: when the irrigation amount is6783.75m3·hm-2, nitrogen rate and potassium are224.55kg·hm-2,the amount of phosphorus is112.28kg·hm-2.(4)By the irrigation test of grapes in extreme arid area, The irrigation plays a dominant role inwhich the factors that affect yield; The play a leading role in fertilization that affecting grape qualityfactors.(5)In the extremely arid areas, the irrigation has significant effect on grapes yield increase, butexcessive irrigation is unfavorable for grapes yield increase. The interaction of water and fertilizer is notobvious.(6)For grapes absorption of nutrients, the irrigation has obvious promoting effect, water andfertilizer work together, which has a good promoting effect for the improvement of the yield and qualityand has obviously orthogonal effect. Irrigation and fertilization improve the utilization efficiency of eachother.
