HongJiang orange(Citrus tangerina Hort.et Tanaka×Citrus sinensis (L.)Osbeck) is products of orang citrus varieties in ourcontry.It is introduction to the FuShan town Cheng Mai HainNan province. Its trade name is "FuCheng".Its price is2~3times higher than normalharvest when it sales on Spring Festival. FuCheng’s mature period mainly concentrated in December to Jannuary of next year.In order to extend the FuCheng fresh fruit supply and realize the maximization of the interests of the FuCheng’s growers. This paper devotes to the HongJiang orange fruit on-tree storage and high yield cultivation technique optimization research.,and in order to delay harvest time to the Spring Festival. Discusses the reason that fruit on-tree storage to delay the fruit drop and research provides theoretical basis for the future fruit on-tree storage technology innovation research..This test by FuShanTown Cheng Mai HainNan Province standardization FuCheng cultivation base of6years HongJiang orange as test material.The single factor (spray20mg/L2,4-D、furrow urea200g on a tree、spray10mg/L GA3、peritoneal、spray0.5%urea and so on,a total of19treatment, natural leave fruit control) experimental study through October2010to June2011, confirmed the best technology of HongJiang orang fruit on-tree storage, that is spray GA3、fertilize、peritoneal. Compared with conventional recovery after cold storage and HongJiang orange fruit on-tree storage effect by October2011to June2012,and around the above three factors for orthogonal experiments.Further optimization techniques and determine the best processing combination,then conclusion physiological cause of delayed HongJiang orange fruit drop.一、Single factor test results show as follow:1. All the treatments delayed fruit color development and decreased fruit drop. The best effects was achieved in the treatment2,4-D spray+urea application spray, with a total accumulative fruit drop rate below10%.2. All the treatment’s yield efficiency in this annum were higher than CK.The highest yield efficiency in this annum was the treatment F(GA3spray+plastic film mulching).3. All the treatment’s internal qualities had no significant difference than CK.The other treatments’had no significant difference or lower than CK.The treatment GA3spray+plastic film mulching’s and GA3spray+urea application in soil4. Except the treatments E(2,4-D spray+plastic film mulching) and K(2,4-D spray+urea application spray+plastic film mulching) the fruit-setting density of all treatments higher than CK in next annum. 二、Orthogonal experiment results show as follow:1.For the HongJiang orange fruit on-tree storage drop rate.influence,theabscission factort is Spray10mg/L GA3、fertilize200g/each、peritoneal.That’s meaning the treatment Spray10mg/L GA3+fertilize200g/each+peritonea(A1B1C1)1is the best,it is the same with A1B1C1treatment in observation fruit drop rate2.For the HongJiang orange fruit on-tree storage have significant influence fruit qualit influence,the abscission factort is Spray10mg/L GA3、fertilize200g/each、peritoneal.That’s meaning the treatment Spray10mg/L GA3+fertilize200g/each+peritonea(A1B1C1)1is the best,it is the same with A1B1C1treatment is best in observation in fruit quality.3.For the HongJiang orange fruit on-tree storage in the endogenous contentIAA, GA,ABA, Eth significantly influence factor order for sprayGA3> fertilizer>peritone; The abscission factort is Spray10mg/L GA3、fertilize200g/each、peritoneal.That’s meaning the treatment Spray10mg/L GA3+fertilize200g/each+peritonea(A1B1C1)1is the best,it is the same with A1B1C1treatment is higer in observation in IAA%GA and the ABA、Eth content is lower.4.For the HongJiang orange fruit on-tree storage in PG activity、Cellulase activity significantly influence factor order for sprayGA3> fertilizer> peritone; The abscission factort is Spray10mg/L GA3、fertilize200g/each、peritoneal.That’s meaning the treatment Spray10mg/L GA3+fertilize200g/each+peritonea(A1B1C1)1is the best,it is the same with A1B1C1treatment is higer in observation in PG activity、Cellulase activity lower.5.For the HongJiang orange fruit on-tree storage in the content of N, Ca, Mg, Zn, Mn, Fe significantly influence factor order for fertilizer>sprayGA3>peritone; The abscission factort is Spray10mg/L GA3>fertilize200g/each、peritoneal.That’s meaning the treatment Spray10mg/L GA3+fertilize200g/each+peritonea(A1B1C1)1is the best,it is the same with A1B1C1treatment is higer in observation in leaf content of N, Ca, Mg, Zn, Mn, Fe is higher.Through comprehensive comparison, Spray10mg/L GA3、fertilize200g/each、peritoneal that Can promote IAA、GA generation、inhibit the formation of ABA、Eth and inhibition of the cell wall enzymes activity. Delay the fruit senescence and inhibit fruit drop. Spray10mg/L GA3+fertilize200g/each+peritonea(A1B1C1)l is the better than CK and other treatment.It is the best treatment method of HongJiang orang in the north of HaiNan province.
