Mung bean grain plays an important role in Chinese food compositions and modernfunctional food development because of its rich nutrition and health function. However, thedomestic relative research in mung bean dusty starts later and develop slower than staplecrops and the agricultural production in mung bean dusty lack the technical support, thosedisadvantages restrict the value of mung bean. Therefor, the study adopt the different mungbean in summer sowing area and determined physiological parameters related to Leafphotosynthetic performance, leaf blade activity, leaves’ dry matter, flower and pods’ drymatter and farmland microclimate factors related to canopy temperature, soil temperature, illuminance in group, the vapor pressure and relative humidity in the air, in order to supportthe theory for the efficient high-yield cultivation. It obtained the following main conclusions:1.In the flowering and pods formation, the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of mung beanappeared to continue decrease, the transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs) andintercellular CO2concentration (Ci) of the mung bean appeared to first increase then decrease."Ji lv9802-19-2" and "Wei lv2116", which are high-yield in summer sowing area, wereconstantly higher in leaf photosynthetic performance than "Fen lv2""Tao lv9947-6",whichare low-yield.2.In the flowering and pods formation, SOD (superoxide dismutase) and POD(peroxidase) of the functional leaf on the flowering pitch of main stem appeared to firstincrease then decrease, chlorophyll content appeared to continue decrease; The result showedthat the younger leaves have higher protective enzyme activity and chlorophyll content; Thehigh-yield were constantly higher in protective enzyme activity and chlorophyll content thanthe low-yield. Those factor had best performance in middle plant density. So,variety and plantdensity had an effect on protective enzyme activity and chlorophyll content.3.There is the differentiation of canopy temperature on mung bean group, and the resultshowed that the low-yield variety was constantly high and the high-yield variety wasconstantly low; The intensity of illuminance among the plant got larger as the height increase, and at the same height, the intensity among the high-yield variety’plant is larger than the one among the low-yield variety’plant because of their plant type and the amount of leave; Thediurnal variation of soil temperature at different depth in mung bean’ farmland is parabolic, the soil temperature in the morning start rise and peak the maximizing at noon then drop inthe afternoon. The soil temperature of the low-yield variety’ farmland is higher than thehigh-yield’s at different depth because of their plant type and the amount of leave; Thewater-vapour pressure and relative humidity in the air among and above the mung bean plantare lower as the height increase, and the water-vapour pressure and relative humidity in the airof the high-yield are higher than those of the low-yield. All the factor of farmlandmicroclimate are affected by the plant density. In all, the physiological parameters and the farmland microclimate of the different mungbean have their characteristics. In a conclusion, the high-yield variety has its yield advantage, compared with the low-yield, these plants have the superior source-sink relation resulted fromtheir superior physiological parameters in the superior farmland microclimate. Consequently,in order to high yield and good quality, we need to choose the suitable variety and reasonableplanting density to produce the best possible result.
