| The yield and quality of tea depends on some comprehensive factors, such as, ecologicalenvironment, tea varieties, cultivation and management technology. In addition, ecologicalenvironment(climate and soil)offers the growth of the tea tree and the quality of tea thefundamental conditions. The tea contains water extract, tea polyphenols, amino acid, andcaffeine which can affect the tea quality, however these chemical indexs have a directrelationship with growth environment conditions. Up till now, there are more researchesconcerning the climate of tea gardens and the analysis of soil condition, and they mainlyfocused on the influence that meteorological factor has on the tea trees growth, soil nutritureinvestigation, and the absorption that soil nutrient provides for the tea trees. On the contrary,as for the combination between the tea gardens ecological factors and the tea quality, only afew researches worked on its comprehensive evaluation. With the special ecological conditions, Shangnan Shaanxi is the newly developing teagarden in the northernmost part of west China. But, few researches mainly aimed at thespecial tea area. As a result, based on Shangnan Shaanxi tea regions, this textcomprehensively analysed the atmosphere, soil conditions and tea quality in the area, what’smore, it also provided a reference for the evaluation of ecological environment and tea qualityin this area. Firstly, the climate data was evaluated in1958-2007, and then the fuzzycomprehensive assessment was used to analyze the soil conditions on the basis of the soil pH,organic matter, total N, available P, exchangeable K and available S, available B, available Cu,available Fe, available Zn, available Mn and other indexes. Moreover, the soil fertilitycomprehensive index values were calculated in nine villages and towns of Shangnan, and thenthe quality of tea was evaluated at last step, meantime, we made an experiment that differentfertility genes have an effect on content of biochemical components of tea. Futhermore, thisstudy made Ziyang group breed into green tea, black tea and white tea, and discussed the teatype of Shangnan tea in order to provide a reference for developing the actor tea. So theresults are as follows:1. The climate feature of Shangnan regions. According to the climate historydata(1958-2007), with the growth rhythm of tea trees and the climate conditions(Suitable growth conditions,Survivable conditions, Harmful conditions)as standards, this researchgave the overall analysis to its climate data. Tea climate is more appropriate in Shangnanregions because of the rain and heat were in the same period at the phenomenon of growingseason, the annual average temperature, multi-year average extreme minimum temperature, relative air humidity and sunshine percentage can meet the needs of the growth of tea trees.Both≥10℃active accumulated temperature and annual rainfall were at low level,2521.3℃,825.6mm respectively, which were major factor restricting the growth and development of thetea trees in this regions.2. The soil fertility conditions of this region. This research offered a comprehensiveanalysis to these62soil samples that collected from the Shangnan tea gardens, and chose pH,organic matter, soil total N, available P, exchangeable K, available B, available Cu, availableZn, available Mn and other soil nutrients indexs as confirmation of Shangnan soil fertilitycomprehensive index values, moreover, it adopted a fuzzy comprehensive assessment tooverally evaluate the soil suitability of Shangnan. Therefore, the results showed us: The soilof Shangnan tea gardens was more suitable to plant tea. Soil fertility comprehensive indexvalue was0.57, the coefficient of variation was26.42%. The soil pH appeared neutral slightlyacidic, rich in soil total nitrogen, available phosphorus, exchangeable potassium boron and thetrace elements contents; but the organic matter, available sulfur were difficult to meet thedemand of the tea plants, and the coefficients of variations of nutrient were bigger, whichmeans those nutrient contents in Shangnan regions of Shaanxi Province were pockety.3. The quality characteristic of tea in Shangnan. From our research, we found that waterextract of the tea were all more than the minimum standard(34%). The order of water extractcontent was Shima> Chengguan> Bailing> Jinsixia> Qingyouhe> Xianghe> Qingshan>Fushui> Guofenglou.30%of tea garden tea polyphenol content ranges from20%to24%.Content of amino acid were above2%, the order was Qingyouhe> Fushui, Shima> Jinsixia>Bailing> Chengguan> Xianghe> Guofenglou> Qingshan. On the whole, quality indexs oftea in Shangnan were all within the scope of suitable. Tea characteristic in Shangnan embodypleasing flavor, good taste and fresh and brisk.4. The potential relationship between the soil conditions and the tea quality. On the basisof the tea quality and all kinds of indexes we researched, this text also applied linearcorrelation analysis method to study its relativity so that it could help to reveal the directlyinterval relationship between soil factors and tea quality. Meanwhile, we found that the teaimmersion content has the same degree of influence on each soil nutrient factor, but theydidn’t reach to the remarkable level. In fact, some soil factors including available P, availableCu, and available Zn had an extremely remarkable effect on the content of tea polyphones; however, having a bigger effect on it were exchangeable K and available S. having anextremely obvious effect on amino acid were available P,exchangeable K,and available Cu;however, available Zn has a bigger influence on it. The soil total nitrogen had an extremelyremarkable effect on caffeine. Some soil fertility factors including exchangeable K, total N,available P,available Cu, and available Zn had a more remarkable effect on Shangnan teabiochemistry components.5. The Shangnan tea avaiable types. By processing the Ziyang group into three types oftea, the results showed that quality of white tea and green tea were better than that of blacktea. |
