Straw biogas is a kind of green renewable energy. Extending the development ofstraw biogas engineering is an important way to solve the problems of environmentalpollution and energy shortage in rural areas current, especially it has a lot of help to thejobs of adjusting the energy structure and promoting energy conservation. To promote thestraw biogas engineering applications across the country quickly, this study proposed astraw biogas technology model which suitable for China’s development.This study analyzed the straw biogas engineering at home and abroad, investigatedthe problems of domestic straw biogas supply project development. Found that the mainproblems of domestic straw biogas engineering current are: Project investment is too large,funds mainly rely on government subsidies; single using structure of biogas, biogas slurry,biogas residue, especially biogas slurry, has not been fully exploited; single developmentmodel, depend entirely on the government policy support, no formation of a valid businessoperation mode; straw biogas fermentation technology is not mature, obviously lack oflarge and medium-sized straw biogas engineering experience.After study and analysis, this paper puts forward FBOE mode of straw biogas projectdevelopment in our country, introducing market mechanism and the modern propertymanagement mechanism, the theory and model analysis, to explore its economic, socialand ecological value, verify the feasibility of the model. To some key straw biogasfermentation technology of this model, we did some experiments, and analyzed theexperiment data and results, get the following conclusion:(1) This research combined with the management experience of large andmedium-sized industrial and farm biogas projects, introduced the property management,encourage networking farmers exchange their straw with gas, proposed the FBOE mode ofunion-houses straw biogas gas supply engineering. We analyzed the economic, social andecological benefits of this model, and found it has good practical application prospect.(2) Introduced FBOE mode to the development of straw biogas engineering can wellsolve the problem of funds investing when rural build biogas engineering; form a goodway of business operation and demonstration promotion.(3) The development of FBOE straw biogas model can fundamentally solve theproblems that the straw resource waste, environment pollution, singled energy supply inrural area.(4) From the experiment, the biogas, biogas slurry, biogas residue of straw biogasproject in the FBOE model all can get a good application in full, there are very importantinstructional and pertinence to the process of biogas slurry and biogas residue in thepractical application.
