Xinjiang is a typical arid oasis irrigated agricultural area, Construction ofwater-saving agriculture is the key to sustainable development of agriculture.Localsystem existing irrigation area of5300mu, through nearly10years of development,has accumulated built the field highly efficient water-saving area about1400mu,field drip area more than90%.Both types of micro-irrigation crop type, area,Xinjiang is the country ’s leading.According to the survey, micro-irrigation to save water than traditional surfaceirrigation about30%to50%,to avoid groundwater table elevation and soilsalinization;ground irrigation fertilization of nitrogen use efficiency by30percentto70to80%,phosphate fertilizer yield and efficiency of approximately20%-40%from20%to30~40%,which can effectively reduce agricultural nonpoint sourcepollution;different crops using micro-irrigation technology.Therefore, the micro-irrigation technology is an important core technology and measures to achievesaving agriculture,recycling-based agriculture,environment-friendly agriculture.Universal flood irrigation irrigation of agricultural production in the past,Xinjiang,caused by rising ground water levels,but also because of the uniquenatural climatic conditions,the infiltration of irrigation water and strongsunlight,active migration of soil water and salt,add on drainage system is notperfect,resulting in farmland soils occur secondary salinization,soil salinizationthreat to the oasis economic development has become an important environmentalfactors seriously affect the further development of the agricultural production.Therefore,to carry out a good water and salt regulation technology research toimprove the soil environment,and promote the healthy growth of crops, improvesoil utilization and crop yields has important practical significance.In this paper, in the water and salt through the implementation of specific theNorthern Xinjiang typical test area the Hutubi County military Santanghu,basindownstream carry out the Water Salinity Control Technology,designed to testanalysis,master the characteristics of the northern Xinjiang arid area of water andsalt distribution and migration law;regulation of technical measures,reasonable toimprove the soil environment;adaptability analysis control measures,research,seeking water and salt regulation for the district science for follow-up research andapplication of reference.
