Chlorpyrifos, triadimefon and machette were regarded as the research object in this paper,researches were launched in order to find the rule of degradation,distribution,residue in environmental media, In aim to provide reference for the research of chlorpyrifos, Triadimefon and machette ecological security evaluation The present study included four sections:(1) An effective analytical method was developed for quantification of chlorpyrifos, triadimefon and butachlor in the rice and paddy environmental media.(2) The degradation and distribution of butachlor in the rice field were studied during seedling stage and tillering stage.(3) The degradation and distribution of chlorpyrifos and triadimefon were studied during tillering stage and jointing stage.(4) The relevance of residue and practical application degree of the three pesticides in rice and paddy environmental media.An analytical method using GC was developed for analysis of clorpyrifos, triadimefon and machette residue in rice and paddy environmental media.Results showed that the linearity was satisfied in the concentration range of0.01~10mg/L. The average fortification recoveries varied from71.3%to114.7%with relative standard deviation (RSD) of0.3%~7.5%when clorpyrifos was spiked at0.005~5mg/kg(L) level in six media. The average fortification recoveries varied from75.3%to111.7%with relative standard deviation (RSD) of0.1%~9.1%when triadimefon was spiked at0.005~5.0mg/kg(L) level in six media. The average fortification recoveries varied from71.3%to112.8%with relative standard deviation (RSD) of0.2%~9.5%when machette was spiked at0.005~5.0mg/kg(L) level in six media.In the seeding stage of rice, the half-lives of machette in paddy plant, field water were of3.9d,1.6d,respectively, The degradation rates of the machette in field water was faster than that in the paddy plant. In the tillering stage, the half-lives of machette in paddy plant, field water and soil were of3.2d,1.5d,3.3d respectively, The degradation rates of the machette in different media showed following sequences:field water>plant>soil. The distribution ratio of machette in environmental media was:plant> soil> water.In the tillering stage of rice, the half-lives of clorpyrifos in paddy plant, field water and soil were of1.5~2.8d,0.9~1.0d,3.3~3.6d,respectively. The degradation rates of clorpyrifos in different media showed following sequences:field water> plant> soil. the half-lives of triadimefon in plant, field water and soil were of1.0d,1.1d,3.8d, respectively. The degradation rates of triadimefon in different media showed following sequences:plant>field water>soil.In the jointing stage of rice, the half-lives of clorpyrifos in plant, and soil were of1.7~2.8d,3.8~4.2d. The degradation rates of the clorpyrifos in plant was faster than that in the soil, the half-lives of triadimefon in plant, and soil were of0.8~1.1d,2.7~3.9d.In the tillering stage of rice, after the first application, distribution ratio of clorpyrifos in environmental media was:field water> plant> soil. distribution ratio of triadimefon in environmental media was:plant> soil> field water.After three days from applying pesticide, the distribution ratio of clorpyrifos and triazophos in environmental media was:soil>plant> field water. after the second application, distribution ratio of clorpyrifos in environmental media was:soil> plant> field water. In the jointing stage, after the third application, distribution ratio of clorpyrifos in environmental media was:plant>soil. After one days from applying pesticide, the distribution ratio of clorpyrifos in environmental media was:soil> plant. after the fourth application, distribution ratio of clorpyrifos in environmental media was:soil> plant. Sampling after the2ndand3rd application the distribution ratio of triadimefon was always plant>soil.The correlation between residue of three kinds of pesticides and the application concentration and degree was remarkably positive. Furthermore, the spraying frequency of low concentration higher than the high concentration, the residue levels of the former than the latter. The residue of chlorpyrifos and machette in the overground of plant higher than the underground part, while the triadimefon on the contrary. Three kinds of pesticides have resides on the leached layer, the maximum residual0-5cm segment.
