The cultivated land fertility evaluation is to use for the purpose to evaluate the potential productivity of cultivated land and land suitability process, essence is the identification of cultivated land productivity. Based on the cultivated land fertility evaluation on reasonable partitioning of cultivated land, put forward the feasibility of planting, fertilization and management strategies, master the cultivated land dynamic in different periods of evolution law, provide basic technical effective support for planting structure adjustment, regional layout of advantageous agricultural products and pollution-free agricultural products production base construction, in order to improve the utilization rate of the fertilizer, the protection of national food security and increasing farmers’ income. Therefore, to carry out evaluation of cultivated land productivity and partition planting fertilization measures has the very vital significance. This paper adopts GIS technology, geospatial Kriging interpolation in statistical analysis (Kriging), analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics combined to study the distribution of nutrient space in Shanxi province Wuxiang county soil, thus fertilization partition has rationality and feasibility, research findings are as follows:(1) In the study area soil nutrient data for statistical analysis showed that the average soil organic matter, total nitrogen content were16.98g/kg and0.709/kg, this type belongs to the low range; Soil pH value, the average contents of available potassium and available phosphorus were4.79mg/kg,44.56mg/kg and5.19mg/kg, this type belongs to the normal range. The coefficient of variation in the study are show that there were different degrees of variations in soil properties which ranges from2.88%to98.70%. When the value of PH variation coefficient is the lowest2.88%it belongs to the weak variation. Soil total nitrogen, available potassium, organic matter, the variation coefficient in22.84-34.34%belongs to moderate variations. When the variation coefficient of available P reaches to98.70%it belongs to the intensity variation.(2) According to the distribution and rich-lack degree of the NPK and other major nutrients in the soil, Wuxiang country are mainly divided into four areas:valley terrace of high grain, food production; valleys and hills below middle; low mountain hills in the middle of coarse grain area; mountain; woods and hills upper area. According to the characteristics of each partition, reasonable and corresponding fertilization formula suggestions are given. The results can provide support for Wuxiang country in efficient and intensive land usage, improve fertilizer usage efficiently and crop productivity.
