| In recent years, along with the Trachinotus ovatus breeding scale is continually expanding, cultured Trachinotus ovatus appear gradually reduced disease resistance, frequently occurred diseases and other problems, become the bottleneck restricting the healthy development of the industry.In order to understand what happens to the cultured Trachinotus ovatus diseases in Guangxi and improve the disease prevention and control, we research on the following aspects:1. We investigated several diseases at Guangxi coastal Trachinotus ovatus breeding area in2012. The result showed that there were bacterial disease, Parasitic diseases, and hepatobiliary syndrome. And by the bacterial disease seven pathogenic bacterias were separated, which had been separated15bacterial strains, including3strains of Vibrio vulnificus, Vibrio harveyi, and Streptococcus iniae,2strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Photobacterium damsela,1strains of Finis v. and Brazil Vibrio.2. Using duplex PCR detection method of molecular biology detection, the diagnosis of duplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for rapid identification of Vibrio vulnificus and Vibrio harveyi of Trachinotus ovatus was established by optimization of PCR conditions. The method can be used to detect the minimum infection concentration of those bacterias, including Vibrio vulnificus is12cfu/ml, Vibrio harveyi18cfu/ml, and what has good specificity, sensitivity, faster, time and energy, the advantages of good clinical application prospects.3. The acute toxicity of eight drugs to Trachinotus ovatus, including, Dibromohydantoin, Chlorine dioxide, Decane bromide compound gutaraldehyde (Capric methyl bromide compound glutaraldehyde), Avermectin solution, Beta-cypermethrin solution (Cypermethrin solution) and Lvermectn compound adirachtin (Ivermectin and Neem extract). Which results showed that the safe concentration (SC):beta-cypermethrin solution was0.044mg-/L, potassium prmanganate was0.50mg/L, dibromohydantoin was2.06mg/L, chlorine dioxide was4.59mg/L, povidone iodine solution was5.01mg/L, decane bromide compound gutaraldehyde was12.64mg/L, avermectin solution was21.77mg/L, vermectn compound adirachtin was38.64mg/L. Trachinotus ovatus can choose povidone iodine solution, dibromohydantoin, chlorine dioxide, decane bromide compound gutaraldehyde, avermectin solution and vermectn compound adirachtin as disease prevention medication, and Beta-cypermethrin solution and Potassium prmanganate must use be careful. |
